The bedroom was beautiful, clean and spacious, the bathroom could use updating as the shower was a bit of a safety hazard, but water pressure/heat/cleanliness was very good. The staff were incredible and so helpful!! We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was amazing. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends.

Leisure club is not good. Shower timer 1 second you need to press the button when you have a shower. No slippers, so robes, no towel bins around.
The bar and the restaurant air conditioning is not good. Smell mix of food when you dine.

My second stay at Riverside and it was as good as the first time. Just love this place

The breakfast was amazing, friendly staff,great food and service. The gym was good lots of equipments. The pool was very small crowded and not tempting. The cushions and the pillows in the room the were very dirty and smelly I wish if they take care and pay more attention to wash them daily or after every costumers when they leave specially the ones that matching the curtains.

It was a decent hotel that could be a bit cleaner and more modern in respect to charging outlets for phones and or computers.

Good sized rooms
Very clean and well maintained.
Excellent breakfast all freshly cooked. Breakfast staff very attentive
Pool was very small and you have to purchase a swim cap at 3 euros to use the pool. (This is also applicable to children)

The leisure club area wasn’t great.
Small pool and only open till 7pm .

Did not enjoy my stay, staff were very rude to me and my family, walls are paper thin, very noisey, the hotel is tired and dirty and everywhere stinks of smoke, the leisure facilities are very old and dirty, worst of all 2 fire alarms went off in the night and the hotel did not communicate with us if we should evacuate the hotel due to a fire. We felt unsafe at this hotel.
