The house has a small apartment on the ground floor with its private terrace which, sporadically, is occupied by the owner who doesn’t interfere in the garden area, or the swimming pool, nor the offered apartment that stays completely isolated and with entrance door completely separated. 4-room house 150 m2 on 3 levels.
