I am a 30 year Priority Member with Holiday Inn and one of the reasons is there late check out for priority members. I checked out of a great hotel to spend my last night in Holiday Inn for the late check out. I called and was told my room was ready.. However, it was not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with a sick toddler for at least 30 mins. Then, the next day they told me I had to be out at 11 am, even though I explained we had been up all night with a sick baby. It made a great hardship on me. Additionally, we had no linens for the sleeper sofa and there was food and childrens crayons, etc all over the sleeper sofa when we pulled it out. I will NOT stay at this Holiday Inn again in Lynnwood, WA, and I would like my money refunded for this terrible stay.
