The staff were all very quiet and not approachable. When asking if it was possible to check in early, the front desk attendant almost seemed confused that I was even trying to attempt this.
The pool was fun but a little cold, all the kids there were shivering with blue lips.
The hotel did the absolute bare minimum of what was expected. Breakfast was very basic, toast, waffles, muffins, juice. Fruit would have been nice to offer.
All in all it was an OK stay with a safe place to lay your head for the night, and a waterslide for the kids after a day on the slopes or biking.

We were on the first floor and the noise from the floor above was horrible. The restaurant onsite was really good though.

Room was ok, bathroom was not clean. Dirty face cloth missed from previous guest, hairs on the floor and holes in shower curtain.

Spacious hotel, good quality rooms. Rooms were not serviced every day and at differing times of the day. Breakfast was continental buffet style. Very wasteful with plastic cutlery and disposable plates, cups etc.
Location was a bit remote for both the ski resort and town, although shuttle bus stopped directly outside.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Check-in was easy and the pool, hot tub, and sauna kept our 5 year old busy. We will be back for sure. Another plus was the proximity to the ski hill! A 5 minute drive down the road and we were ready to roll!

Hotel room desperately needs some basic maintenance and patch and paint job. Ive never seen a hotel room with so many unpatched holes from moving fixtures, racks and pictures. Basic maintenance is not expensive or difficult. This just shows pure greediness or laziness from hotel management.
