Absolutely a total disaster for this Hotel. Smel of Cigaret all over in the Hotel, rooms and bed sheet. The Hotel is very old and worned down. The receptionist didnt care and didnt want to take care and or responsiblity to get it better

The hotel is not on the standard level as other hotels in the same brand. It is running more as a budget family hostel, very unprofessional with poor quality service. Hotel is located in the corner of cross streets, facing the tram station, and next to a 24-hour bar, very noisy.

One of the worst and hugly hotel ever been.
No cleaning of the room, no soap in the shower, no towels, no trash bin cleaning. The maid just fold the blanket and that's it.
Down the street there is a 24h open bistro with noisy guest, in summer you have to sleep with widows open since there is no air conditioning nor fan to keep low the room temperature. Even if you complain, they simply don't care. Unique check out experience: just left your room card on the floor since at 9 am there is nobody at the reception. Even an hostel can provide better service than this place.

Nie wieder! Bei erstem Betreten des Zimmers bereits Bremspuren in der Toilette, Haare im Bett und Bad. Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen nach Zigarettenrauch. Herr an der Rezeption war sehr nett, leider am nächsten Tag bei Abreise nicht mehr da. Scheinbar waren wir um 8:30 Uhr zu früh dran. Absolut fragwürdig wie dieses Hotel in vielen Portalen positiv bewertet wird.

Non classificabile neppure come ostello. Le stanze non sono pulite, mancano asciugamani e sapone, la stanza non viene assolutamente pulita al mattino, semplicemente piegano il lenzuolo sul letto. Fatto presente il problema della pulizia e dell'assenza di asciugamani, semplicemente se ne sono fregati. La porta del bagno è devastata in tutte le stanze, non ci si può chiudere dentro. Stanza caldissima, semplicemente i vivi ile d'estate, estremamente rumorosa dato che c'è un bistro aperto 24 ore nella strada che non permette di tenere le finestre aperte. Abbiamo notato "strane" frequentazioni durante il nostro soggiorno. La perla è stata al check out, la reception era chiusa alle 9 del mattino, si dovevano semplicemente buttare le chiavi della camera a terra. Meglio dormire per strada.

Ich war auf Durchreise und verbrachte vor 2 Wochen eine Nacht hier. Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum und für die Weiterreise ist unschlagbar. Was ich aber besonders hervorheben möchte, ist der charmante junge Mann am Empfang! Er hieß mich herzlich willkommen und gab mir wertvolle Tipps für eine Stadttour.
