My sister and I had a lovely stay here over Christmas . we even needed to move rooms after the first night ( i needed a walk in shower bc of slight back issue) and they were so kind and moved us to a room to fit my needs . everyone was so nice. the room was clean and comfortable and a great location . Enjoyed my time here (13 nights). All the staff, Monica, Claire, Eliza, Rebecca, Bartosz (hope he got that bag!) and Erik, were most congenial. St. Stephen's Green (a beautiful park) is just down the street. A walk through it brings you to Grafton Street, Dublin's main shopping promenade. Lots of things to do see in Dublin. I'll be back. Will go for the penthouse suite next time.

Not enough help from Reception, which was mostly unmanned during my stay. I lost a dinner order from Deliveroo because there was no one to alert me to this delivery. And taxis on Leeson St on Christmas Day were difficult to flag down (I have no Uber account)--could have used help which just wasn't there. Next trip, I will stay at a hotel.

Stayed at Christmas If you can find elsewhere. The apartments smell very bad they are either not aired but it smells of previous guests odour, grime and drainage. The place is carpeted with no Hoover in sight and will only be cleaned once a week so this is far from a serviced apartment. Thin hanky towels which become soggy straightaway not changed unless requested. Garbage never collected even with sign up. Beware stay elsewhere awful apartments.

Booked room directly on company website and not a consolidator. Lady checking me in insisted on checking in other guests first even though I came first. Had to call another lady. Extremely slow process after a long day traveling - not impressed. I’m now waiting 30 minutes and the lady literally doesn’t know how to check me in !

Great place to stay. Apartment much better than a hotel. We like to fix our own breakfast and the kitchen has a good set of kitchenware. Comfortable bed. Location was good. We walked through the nearby Green to most of the best sites. A bus stop is right in front of the building, but we never heard bus sounds. Our suite was on the -1 floor which had a street view. Not the best view. Would ask for a higher floor next time.

We had 2 apartments booked for 2 nights (one 2 bed one 1 bed). They were spacious and clean. 2 bed had 2 bathrooms too which was good. It’s around a 25 min walk to temple bar or 10 mins in traffic in an Uber. They were just very expensive apartments - around 1k for the 2 nights.

Perfect space for a family of four (two teenagers). About a ten minute walk from Trinity College and shopping. Great value, for less than the cost of hotels in the area, we had two bedrooms, two bathrooms (clean and updated), full den and kitchen- great experience! Highly recommended!

This apartment hotel is really decent. Good sized, clean rooms. Bright and modern with small kitchenette Staff are lovely and there is secure under ground parking for additional cost of €15. Travelled for business as I have work near Saint Stephens Green so location is perfect. Will absolutely stay again!
