Excellent location, close enough into city centre. Bus stop outside. Local villages walking distance. Phoenix Park a short bus ride away. Staff very helpful, polite and friendly. Room spacious and very clean. Would certainly go back. Very good price too. Would recommend.

Excelente el personal y su amabilidad.
A 20 min. De Temple Bar en Bus pero la parada del Bus está justo enfrente del hotel.
El desayuno increíble y la cama confortable.
Cambian las toallas a diario y la limpieza un 10.
Super amables y serviciales.
Lo recomiendo al 100 por 100 !!!

Property was clean even though it is an older style property . The location is close to bus transport to the city . The staff was friendly and helpful . The shower may be a bit smaller but food quality was great .

This is an old building. Our room smelled like grease from the diner in the building. Window was left open and there was a wasp in our room. Bathroom was tiny. Old, out-dated decor. Elevator was old and felt unsafe.

Like most properties around S Ireland, there is no street number. Fortunately this hotel had a direction sign on the main road, otherwise we would have missed the turn off.
Room was spacious though old fashioned. Breakfast was good & check out was quick.

Comfortable pillows and bed, room very 70s retro but clean, did not like having to use the skeleton key to lock/unlock. Cool at first but became cumbersome. Elevator very cool though.

PROS: Free parking, good diner, great customer service.
CONS: Anyone could see inside your room through the door keyhole.
Hotel is 20-minute car ride from Dublin city center.
