The hotel is beautiful, my room had a view of the Burj Khalifa, amazing. Very good breakfast, pool, gym, everything very good. The team has an excellent service. I saw many complaints about the elevator, it only happened to me once, when I went down from the 62nd floor at 10:30 am, it really took a long time, but the other days, it didn't take more than 5 minutes. My tip, it's really worth staying at this hotel, and if you can, get to the cafe earlier and don't take the elevator at peak time.
I just spent three nights and two days at this hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice for my first trip to Dubai! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.
The hotel has everything you could need: a 24/7 supermarket, a restaurant, game rooms, a gym that’s open all the time, and an outdoor pool that’s available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
One of the best features is the shuttle service that takes you to the metro station, Kite Beach, and the Dubai Mall. It made getting around so much easier than dealing with taxis!
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay at a ROVE hotel again on my next visit to Dubai!
I had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Trade Center Hotel in Dubai. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for those attending events at the Dubai World Trade Center. It’s well-connected, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are compact but comfortable, with all the essentials for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. While the facilities are basic, they are well-maintained and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Overall, the Ibis Trade Center Hotel offers good value for its location and is a great choice for business travellers or tourists looking for a budget-friendly option in the heart of Dubai.
Everything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard.
While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel.
Hhamoelgenall was prefect until they suspended 2 authorization amounts for more than 3 months now in my credit card, I called them times to release these amounts, but nothing happens
HHera SzFirst thanks Gusta and Nafeesah from front desk . Their check in was smooth and they were really kind to do our request . Hotel breakfast was really good, room was really spacious and location was quite privileged only 15 minutes walk to the Museum of the Future . Swimming pool view is stunning , with great view of the sunset . Beds are extremely comfortable and metro is about 7 minutes walk. If you don’t have a lot of luggage , can take the metro from the airport to the hotel. To Burj Al Khalifa is only one metro stop. Sauna and gym are also great and I definitely won’t hesitate next time I go to dubai to stay there .
ผผู้เข้าพักOur second staycation at Shada Hotel, we got a connected rooms.
It’s one of my favorite hotels and it really feels like home
Amazing hospitality.
The only issue was the constructions near by the hotel, was really disturbing at the morning.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel offers very good value for money and exceeded our expectations. The room was nice, very spacious, and had a beautiful outside view. The location is excellent, as it is very close to the metro station, making it easy to commute to different places. Toilet amenities were basic, such as shower foam, shampoo, and lotion. Toothbrushes and other items were not provided, but overall it was still acceptable. We will definitely book this hotel again in the future.
