The only good thing I can say is the service of Ying, she has been very good at her job, she’s definitely one of those people every hotel needs . Perfect customer service , perfect interaction . She just knows how to handle guest properly. She’s definitely a person I would like to deal with when checking in. The pool and gym staff did a great job as well. Receptionist Noor showed annoyance when we asked for help. She talks to us like as if we are not guests of the hotel. She showed no willingness to help even to other colleagues that was there with me. Seif on the other hand, is a bit of a liar. The night before our check out, we asked how much it would cost if we wanted to extend our stay for a day . Seif said it’s only going to cost us 215 AED (price given to our company), he is aware that I was in the 1 bedroom apartment. Another colleague was in another 1bhk and she was informed the same price as well as those colleague of ours who were in the standard studio. Since we were informed of that price, we decided to stay a bit longer, unfortunately on the day of our supposed check out, we went to the reception to extend our room as what instructed by him. Unfortunately, we were told that for extension it’s gonna cost 500+ aed for the 1BR and 400+ aed for the standard studio . We explained about the price we were told and unfortunately Seif denied it . We then had to pack our things in a rush and look for a place to move to. BECAUSE OF THAT WRONG PRICE INFORMATION, 2 of my colleagues were on the streets until 10pm with their suitcases looking for an apartment to move to.
