Terrible. Trip.com should not recommend this hotel. Broken. And not maintained.

Room was a bit dusty and dated. It was an apar**ent which had a kitchen and washing machine. There are many marina hotels so make sure you get to the right place!
Breakfast is basic .

Exelente hotel, com preço acessível (se tratando de Dubai)....A equipe de funcionários sempre prestativa e educada. O hotel é perto de estação de metro, a duas quadras de um shoping e perto da Marina, inclusive com estações de bicicleta e patinetes bem perto.

Номер был курящий на 12 этаже. При в ходе ощутил странный запах прокуренных вещей, но со временем перестал его чувствовать. Просторный номер со всеми удобствами. Видно, что интерьер давно не обновляли и все какое-то потрёпанное временем. Но в целом все понравилось. Каждое утро нас встречал парень, который убирался на этаже и спрашивал нас, нужно ли нам что-то (уборка, чай, кофе, вода, чистые полотенца). Не очень удобно расположен ресепшен, как проходной двор, создается впечатление базар-вокзала. За эту цену в районе Марина лучше не найдете.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I found to be conveniently located near various amenities such as transportation, restaurants, and boasting wonderful views. However, I faced some challenges during my stay. Firstly, upon arrival, I had to wait for an hour for my room to be ready, despite having just completed a long trip. Unfortunately, the receptionist appeared to be under pressure and struggled to communicate effectively amidst the backdrop of several other guests raising complaints. Additionally, while exploring the hotel, I observed that employees at souvenir shops were overly attentive, causing me discomfort. While the hotel offers a range of activity options, prices are on the higher end.
With respect to the hotel facilities, I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. However, I noticed that the kitchen requires some renovation. Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, but the high price point may not be commensurate with the outdated kitchen.
