Muito bom o café da manhã, todos os funcionários super atenciosos, sempre disponível para ajudar a resolver a sua situação inclusive por conta da dificuldade do idioma. Quarto muito bom. Bom chuveiro. Boa cama. Só a localização que fica distante dos principais pontos turísticos e dependendo do horário vai pegar trânsito pesado.

TOP TIER SERVICE! I was just in AWE how wonderful the service was, I felt that I was genuinely important for the staff. Front desk manager was just AWESOME, since we got our flight cancelled, he made sure that extended stay would be perfect for us! Also all of the employees at Reception were 100/10! Always smiling, always finding out the best solution for the guests. we felt so welcomed while we stayed at Dusit D2. Also shoutout to our guy Mohamed who made sure our room was as clean as possible and that our towels, shampoos, lotions, drinking water etc.. were fully stocked daily. Food was fresh and tasty, guys at Ostro restaurant were also giving the best service! Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone! Location was super, since metro and bus stations were right behind the hotel.

The service has been great since the time we arrived at the hotel. All the facilities were accessible according to the hotel policy and it was always clean upon arrival and hotel staff cleaned immediately after the facility has been used.
The food at the restaurants was also filling and they also have promotions according to hotel capacity or the season.
The only thing that was a little glitch was the duration it takes for water to heat as well as the slow drainage from shower water. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely go back to stay there again!
