The hotel is actually a serviced apar**ent hotel , furniture is very old and a lot of things are either not maintained or looking old
Definitely not a 5 or even 4 stars one
The service and staff are really good though

Location was superb, right next to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Easy access to dining, shopping and Dubai Mall experiences.
Service staff was friendly and accommodating. Facilities are modest, though the air conditioning and stove in the room needed some assistance from the maintenance staff.
Overall, I would stay there again

Great location for the price. Next to dubai mall and can walk around easily! Spacious apar**ent with two toilets.
The only trouble I had was with the bathroom shower. It was open and the water pressure was low.
Overall, enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is just next to the Dubai Mall. It’s convenient to do shopping and having meals. It takes about 20-25mins walk from hotel to Burj Khalifa metro station (Red line).
The front desk and tourist information staff were nice and helpful. He gave us room upgrade when he noticed that this was our anniversary trip.
For the Hotel Service, one point was deducted because of unsatisfactory housekeeping service.
