Beautiful hotel right on the front with amazing views. Hotel is immaculately clean and very quiet, perfect for families. The rooms and front doors are keyless and operated by codes which isn’t a problem, just take a photo of the welcome letter on your phone before heading out. Will definitely stay again! The hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant or bar but there is a lovely place next door for meals (including breakfast). We were told you could bill back to the room but we chose to pay as we went.

Great range of pillows. I hate sleeping away from home as I can never get comfy without my own pillow. But had no problems here. I love the fact I have space to feel like I'm not in a hotel. And being able to self cater and have a mini kitchen is brilliant. I eat alot and being able to make my own food and not have to eat out every night helps!!

Spacious, great views, nice kitchen with food provided. Close to the sea with shopping/bars/restaurants nearby. Very accommodating and friendly and personable staff. Would love to come back!

Very clean if somewhat impersonal establishment. Would have got a 5 star if there had been heating. My wife & l found the apar**ent on the cool side. Never saw another person whole time we were there. Also, 11am checkout proved a tad tight. The extra hour until noon would have been very beneficial, to do some last minute shopping.

Great concept of having hotel options in an apar**ent. Good location on seafront with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Staff were lovely and helpful. Gym and laundry were a nice bonus for a small hotel. 2 minutes drive or 5 mins walk from ferry terminal. Only downside was the rear rooms look onto the back of other buildings, but didn’t bother us as we were out and about most of the day.

Beautiful apar**ent everything was spotless.I had booked an apar**ent at the back of the house but we got an apar**ent with a sea view which was amazing. Staff very helpful .Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and homey, pass code system worked very well. Excellent location, walking distance to bus, train station, Strand Street, Promenade. Nice bakery nearby and excellent shopping at Marks and Spencer.

I enjoyed my stay. Apar**ent was comfortable with small kitchen dining area, living area and bedroom. Laundry facilities in building. Location was very convenient. Central location in Douglas and short walk to ferry terminal.
