โรงแรมสวยมาก ห้องพักวิเศษ ใหญ่โต กว้างขวาง และมีสไตล์ มีระเบียง สะอาดมากค่ะ ที่จอดรถฟรี ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากใจกลางเมือง พนักงานที่ reception ช่วยเหลือและมืออาชีพจริงๆ ทุกอย่างยอดเยี่ยมมาก! อย่างเดียวที่ไม่ชอบคือไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้องและห้องน้ําเล็ก

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมระหว่างสถานีและใจกลางเมืองโรงแรมมีเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่น่าสงสัย แต่ทุกอย่างค่อนข้างสะอาดไม่ยืดหยุ่นมากสําหรับการยกเลิกหรือปรับเปลี่ยนห้องพักอาหารเช้ามีราคาแพงมาก ห้องพักที่ยอดเยี่ยม

โรงแรมมีการออกแบบใหม่และทันสมัย อาหารเช้าอร่อยและสดใหม่ จองห้องคู่กว้างขวางมาก ห้องเดี่ยวสไตล์ยุโรปกะทัดรัด โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับถนนคนเดินเชิงพาณิชย์และแหล่งช้อปปิ้งสะดวกเป็นพิเศษ เดินจากสถานีรถไฟเพียง 5 นาที ผ่านพิพิธภัณฑ์ฟุตบอลท้องถิ่น ย่านนี้คึกคักเป็นพิเศษในวันเสาร์ คุณจะรู้เมื่อไป...

This hotel charged me 600 euro a night. There must have been something on in Dortmund for anyone to pay this as it’s more like a backpackers than a hotel. I arrived at 11pm. My stay was prepaid in full by my corporate travel agent. They said they had no rooms and that I would have to wait and they would take me to another property somewhere in the city. I was very upset and refused to move and finally they “found” a room. At this point it was almost midnight. I asked could I order a beer to take to my room. The answer was no but I could go to another hotel nearby where there was a bar. 600 euros a night. I then got to my room which was fine and clean if basic. There were only European sockets. I have sleep apnea and need a cpap device and an adapter for a Uk plug. Every Marriot I have ever been to has the universal plugs (at least one or two in each room). This place has none. Just basic German sockets. I called down and said do you have an adapter I will even buy one of you sell them. I will even pay for someone to go and get one. I was told, no we don’t and we don’t have a conceirge or anyone like that and we won’t help. Even if it means you die. True Marriot hospitality. So I guess anyone without their own adapter is out of luck at this “hotel”. I then tried the internet. Out of luck there too, internet shows up but doesn’t connect or work. I called the front desk. It just rings out. Over and over. No one answers or bothers. This is the single worst experience I have ever had at a hotel at the price point or at any Marriot worldwide, and I have stayed in many of them over many years. This place should lose its accreditation and the management ought to be replaced. Do not stay here unless you get a room for 50 euro a night, maybe 75, which is all it’s worth it’s basically a nice backpackers just off a freeway. If Marriot sees this can someone please contact me as this hotel caused me health issues and was a disgrace to your brand.

The Intercity is situated close to the main station and football museum in Dor**und. There are lots of bars and restaurants in close proximity. My room was fairly basic with bathroom with shower but no tub. The bed was comfortable and there was enough space for hanging and storing clothing. No tea & coffee making facilities were provided but there was a safe, a fridge and complimentary bottle of sparkling water. I did not have the breakfast on offer at €17.50 but did use the bar where the drinks were reasonably priced. I paid around £140 for two nights via hotels,com although that did include a discounted night.

Wybraliśmy ten hotel jako niskobudżetowy leżący blisko centrum. Nie zawiedliśmy się. Hotel skromny, pokoje małe ale czyste. Recepcja poza jedynym mężczyzna mówi po Polsku, wiec dogadacie się nawet bez języka. Parking mały na ok. 10 aut, ale jeśli nie ma miejsc naprzeciwko ogromny parking piętrowy za 12 EUR za dobę. Do centrum blisko. Śniadania bardzo skromne bez ciepłych dań, ale da się zjeść. Polecam osobom na wypad 1-2 dniowy na zwiedzanie Dortmund lub dla osób przyjeżdżających na mecze. Uwaga. W każdym hotelu w Niemczech aby się zameldować trzeba posiadać kod QR zaszczepienia lub wynik testu PCR.

We loved it. The hotel is a converted fortified house from the 13th century with extensive grounds that made for lovely walking in the Easter sun. Breakfast is plentiful and there’s a good choice of food, and endless supply of coffee. The bedrooms are clean, the beds comfy, and super-quiet. If that was all I knew about this place, it would be enough to recommend it. But it is not all I know. There’s more. What sets hotels apart is attentiveness to detail. And this hotel has that - all the little touches that made our stay so much nicer, they pushed the beds together since they knew we were a married couple, they opened up quiet areas for us to sit and enjoy a coffee. But there’s yet more. Staff are all friendly, competent and always there for you. Particular mention goes to the night staff, Ann-Christin and Erdal, who were somehow always able to find time for a nice chat with us despite having to manage several things at once. Go there. It’s fun.

I must admit I’m shocked at how good this place is. Located by everything you need. Easy to find and huge amount off parking The rooms well standard as most hotel but so clean and so comfortable. The staff really work hard to keep on top off it all. The staff are good here easy to talk to and helpful. So yes I would recommend staying here Close to motorways and has an ikea next door so you can get things for the house Great place and will be back

Viel Schatten, wenig Licht es gibt in diesem Hotel zwei verschiedene Kategorien: Standard und Superior wir hatten Superior gebucht. Am Samstag bei Anreise wurden wir sofort gebeten, die Zimmerrechnung zu bezahlen. Das ist ungewöhnlich, aber ok. Als wir dann das Zimmer betraten, stellen wir fest, dass wir eine falsche Kategorie bekommen hatten. Also zurück zur Rezeption. Die junge Dame war völlig überfordert und bestätigte, dass wir ein Standardzimmer bekommen hatten und kein Superior. Sie holte sich Hilfe bei Herrn F. Welche Funktion er hat, wissen wir nicht. er hat sich nicht vorgestellt. Allerdings schaute er in den Computer und sagte, dass er jetzt am Samstag Abend nichts mehr tun könne, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Als Kompensation und Entschädigung würde er uns für den folgenden Morgen zum Frühstück einladen, und ein Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag. Mehr könne er für uns nicht tun. Damit war das Gespräch für ihn beendet und wandte sich wieder seiner Restaurantkasse zu. Nach unserer Auffassung ist dieses Verhalten Betrug. Er hatte unser Geld schon kassiert. Für 2 Nächte Superior Zimmer! Am nächsten Morgen sprachen wir dann mit einer netten Kollegin an der Rezeption. Frau M. war im Gegensatz zu ihrem Kollegen kompetent und handlungswillig. Sie organisierte den Zimmerwechsel, erstattete den zuviel bezahlten Superioraufschlag und eine Kompensation für die gestörte Nachtruhe. Der Unterschied zwischen Standard und Superior ist die Lage: Hauptverkehrsstrasse und Innenhof. und wir hatten ausdrücklich Innenhof bestellt. Nach der positiven Überraschung an der Rezeption der zweite Schock: das Frühstück. Das Hotel wird durch die Lage zum Musical vornehmlich von Busgruppen frequentiert. Wir hatten uns schon erst zu 10 Uhr für das Frühstück vorbereitett, um dem Ansturm der Busgruppen aus dem Weg zu gehen. Aber es war eine Katastrophe! Die drei Servicekräfte waren heillos überfordert. Schlachtfeld trifft es wohl am Besten. und keiner der Mitarbeiter war in der Lage etwas Ordnung in das Chaos zu bringen. Wenn Sie irgendwie können, suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel! Und wenn Sie es schon nicht vermeiden können, dann buchen Sie unbedingt Superior. Erstens ist an Schlaf bei Zimmern der Standardkategorie zur Strassenseite nicht zu denken und zweitens finden Sie dort eine Einrichtung, die wohl noch aus dem 70er Jahren stammt. Die Superiorzimmer sind zur ruhigen Hofseite und sehen aus, als wenn sie in den 90er Jahren mal renoviert wurden. (auch schon 30 Jahre her....) Selbst die Nähe zum Musicaltheater macht es nicht erträglicher. Das Musical selbst ist auch nach 30 Jahren immer noch eine Reise wert!
