nice location, near to train station.. will come back again

Amazing service! Very comfortable bed and a super good equipped gym; which also has free bottled water. They even have organic tea at the bar and free welcome drinks, which are delicious, a gin cocktail with black tea. Can highly recommend this hotel. And it’s location is perfect, close to city center and main station.

The good - Very good location with only a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof - Pretty good choice of items for breakfast The not so good - Small room with no fridge, no table, no chair, no tea/coffee, no wardrobe . Rooms featured a small high stool and another larger lower stool along with a makeshift pull down ledge to use as a table. A simple rail instead of any other wardrobe feature - Tiny bathroom - Room temperature which took a long time to function - Breakfast supposedly available between 0600-1000 daily however there was a delay of around 15 minutes as things were not ready. Considering there is limited space to eat the breakfast , this is not fair to those arriving early to make use of the limited space - A member of staff being reprimanded by his senior for the delay to breakfast. This should have been done in private if at all necessary - Staff general miserable and hardly welcoming - A welcome drink on arrival which I was informed was a gin cocktail however the taste of any gin was absent In some English speaking parts of the world the word Poxy is used. This venue would be suited to that word. Not worth a return to.

New hotel in very good location, close to city center and railway station. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was great and the staff was very kind

Only stayed one night and spent evening out so didn't use other than sleep. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were offered a welcome drink which was nice. Quite close to train station, 10 mins walk.

Nice and clean, rooms are a little small and air con noisy. Beds were comfy Bar staff were slow to serve. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Great location for the town centre with a metro system right outside. All in a good place to stay in Dortmund.

Good stay, friendly staff. Would stay again
