下午3點可辦入住。房間、衞生間面積大，但與房間比窗户小、對面是樓中其他房間的窗户沒有視野，窗户被鎖死無法打開，聯繫前台，説酒店所有窗户都打不開，但因為有換氣設施，住着沒有憋悶的感覺。床舒適乾淨。WiFi速度慢。位置靠近市中心，步行30分鐘到火車站。酒店服務態度差，預付款住3晚，因家中有急事，衹住了兩晚，多次與酒店協商，酒店不給退剩下1晚的預付房費。

酒店設施很新，入住的感覺很好，很安靜不吵，酒店的早餐非常豐盛，服務人員的態度讓人覺得很舒服，下次還會再入住

Check in superb from the young girl on reception. Efficient, friendly and extremely courteous. Faultlessly explained the breakfast lay out and offering when called upon. Breakfast superb from chef in the morning. Professionalism personified.

excellent stay within the city centre. staff extremely friendly, with big smiles on their faces which made myself and my partner think we had made the right decision. had stayed at the holiday inn previously and felt that the customer service had dipped recently so was nice to see friendly staff

Bed very comfy, service quite poor. Hospitality has gone to the dogs....Chef didn't turn up for breakfast until late, maybe they slept in, but no one else could cook a simple cooked breakfast. V Poor.

Our experience was poor due to lack of car parking provided for the Premier Inn. After a five hour drive we ended up circling around the centre of Derby several times before finding a car park some distance away. No clear signs to indicate where to park. Arrived feeling very stressed and found that facilities onsite had just closed. I would not book to stay in this hotel again.

Excellent customer service from Joshua. Had a bad experience with rude person at PI call centre and Joshua sat and listened then ensured we had a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn, mainly due to excellent manager but also great location, lovely food and you feel looked after.

worst time of my life. i've come back ill! took 30 mins to check in 2 payments were made out of my account not one! food was discusting and ended up with food poisoning. no coffee avalible. room had no ventilation so ended up with coming back with a chest infection. was told to contact guest customer relations and never heard back and not received any payments back.
