This is the worst hotel I ever visited . In all non smoking room you feel like someone smoke . Lot of things are broken . Staff is very untrained and chewing tobacco all time. Service is terrible. They show good pictures of the room on website and give you dirty dark rooms . Overall bad property to stay if you traveling from overseas.

The google map location is wrong.
We went from East delhi to Okhla and back to east delhi because of this.
No one answers the call on reception even after multiple attempts and they keep talking to someone else if by mistake they pick up your call.
The rooms were dingy and we could hear other people talking in the other rooms as well.
Old and scrapped style almirahs, beds etc.
Not worth it at all for what you pay.
Horrible experience from parking to staying.

Food was really great … service was very nice Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the 1 week we were in delhi . Jitendra yadav in staff became my true friend.

The Ginger Hotels in East Delhi has a great ambiance. The check in process was very smooth I requested them to provide me a room on the top floor and they acknowledged it. The room was clean and hygienic. with the necessary amenities well placed. The best part for me with all the facility it budget friendly since I have cover few more destination it was quite good.

The food and other services were very good. We enjoyed the stay! The working staff, especially Mr. Jitendra yadav, were very cordial and cooperative! Restaurant offered many dishes viz, South Indian, North Indian ,Continental food and breakfast. Ambience of the restaurant was also very nice and comfortable!

I take only breakfast here, very good preparation & presentation, all Verity of foods available here, all staff co-operative dedicate to their works, rooms are equipped, cleaned, nearby all places like mall, metro railway station, public transport
