Elevators were broken and we had to carry all our luggage down 8 flights of stairs. With elderly grandparents traveling with us, the front desk told us nobody could help us carry the luggage down. The sofa bed wasn’t made up and when I called housekeeping they asked if I would go down to the front desk to pick up all my own bedding and sheets and make the bed up myself. The room was dirty, crumbs everywhere. It was extremely overpriced. Staff was useless. Worst service I’ve experienced in a very long time.

This property is very close to I-595, airport and cruise port. It is within walking distance to restaurants etc. I did not like the loud air conditioning unit, but overall a very convenient place to stay.

It was a decent stay but shuttle was a mess. Was told that the shuttle picks up until 12:30 and called at 12. Was told to run over to a specific area of airport because driver was already there only to get a call 5 minutes after waiting that the driver already left and I was out of luck!
Other than that convenient stay right before cruise

The property overall is not bad. The area is clean but our room was not vacuumed thoroughly.
Staff - The staff at the front desk, main area and breakfast were very friendly. But the room attendants, they don’t seem happy or not friendly at all. But then again, they maybe overworked. We did ask for extra towels and said that they’ll come back with them. Nothing. So I had to go to front desk to get some.
Breakfast is actually good. Lots of selection.
Pool- small but it’s a place to lounge
I would still recommend it if you’re just there for a few days to go on a cruise.

Room was really clean and large, had a beautiful shower, bed was very comfortable. Elevator is very slow. No restaurant on site, only morning breakfast bar, had to leave early so was not able to eat there.

Parts of our car was robbed do not recommend this area, we were originally going to get a hotel we always go but they were booked. Might need to start booking a month ahead because this place was the worst. Now we have to pay for the parts stolen and the most expensive is the catalyst.
