Bed was making noise , Poor Furniture, Bathrooms are in bad condition, stinking. . Taps and shower were leaking. TV was just for Showcase , Not in working condition. Overall Pathetic Living Conditions

The ambience and conditions was very bad. Could not stay a single night ,Overall a horrible experience for two hours. It was booked for 3 day's by travel agent but we changed this hotel within 2 hours at no refund cost....Please be careful and take wise decision 🙏🙏🙏

Room was very dirty with a bad smell and bugs. Manager was not likely to attend our request of upgrading rooms even giving extra payment for that room

It is not worth of money. We saw other hotels with much better quality and facilities in the same or lesser price. It simply looks like a lodge or even inferior. Dirty floor mats, dirty broken shabby windows which faces a bathroom window, bathroom door covered by aluminum sheets, doors are not sound proof, smaller cots, no almirah, no proper place to keep the luggage and stuff. Sorry no image. Did not feel like taking any image it was so worst

Terrible place to stay. All the furniture, bed, mattresses, tv, lamp are dysfunctional. Even the bathroom door wasnt locking properly. Absolute waste of money.

Firstly, the hotel is at jalapahar road, the topmost road at the vicinity and not in gandhi road as described. Being on top, the mountain view is not hindered by anything. On the contrary, u need to spend more bucks to pay for the driver. Secondly, no parking space at all. So not recommended for persons driving own vehicles. Even loading and unloading luggage is a hefty task. Food is good. Having a common balcony which is awsome. Overall pretty habitable for backpackers.

No proper service. Even water issue, no towels. No proper staff. No cleaning done. Will never opt for this hotel in future.

The hygiene was very bad. Broken plugs, mold in room and broken knobs in washroom, floor carpet with cellotapes in between them
