They provide excellent services! The hotel facilities are quite decent! But however the location is terribly inaccessible!

Nice hotel but the location not convenient if depending on the public transport. No taxi or buses around. The hotel reception have to call a taxi and will be costly to get from the hotel to Bergamo town.

I was going to fly from Bergamo airport next morning. If you have car, hotel is on the airport road. 10mins to airport only.

Booked for one night before an early flight home. Normally stay in the other Mercure in city centre but had a hire car this time. Hotel right beside main A4 motorway in an industrial area so you need a car. Room was very hot so we asked reception to turn the heating off as we couldn’t control it from inside the room. Couldn’t keep window open as it was too noisy and below our window was an outside area where other guest were smoking. Hotel fine for overnight before flight but if I were a tourist visiting the gorgeous city of Bergamo I would stay in the city centre.

Professional staff who speak multiple languages. I booked in due to late flight, airport shuttle service was brilliant, felt safe and breakfast was decent

The hotel is near the airport, about 7 km. The breakfast is not very rich, but is ok. The room is clean and quite big.

Great place to stay because the renovation and whole place is very clean and new. Only problem is the location. It’s 15 minutes away from the airport by car and we paid 25 euros for the taxi.
Other than that the room was really nice and front desk receptionist was very helpful.
