This is a NON smoking community! No smoking ANYWHERE on property. Smokers violating the policy will be in breach of the house rules and immediately escorted off of the property and refunded in accordance to the policy.
Please be kind and courteous when it comes to loud noise. Loud or disruptive behavior could jeopardize the experience of your neighbors and could result in a $500 fee.
While we want you, your family, and your friends to enjoy this vacation rental, this is not a place to host a party. Large groups, loud noises, and other disturbances are not allowed.
We understand that accidents happen. If an item is damaged or stained during your stay, please report it right away. If a damaged item is found after you depart and has not been reported, you will be held responsible.
