Settler's Rest RV Resort

Well they put us in a tight little community. The road was just wide enough for a car . The people of that community were awesome . The community pool and community were great. Horseshoe pits Shuffle Board thru out

Very good resort to stay at. The administrative staff are very well versed and are prompt and courteous. We stayed for 4 months and the amenities are very good . There are a couple of pools to choose from and fully functional gym. We had a couple of minor issues which were quickly rectified. The maintenance staff are always updating and keeping the park in top shape. There are two other parks that are linked together so you can join in all 3 parks activities. There is always something going on in the park and the residents are very friendly

Settler's Rest is a 55 plus community on the outskirts of Tampa, Florida that offers numerous opportunities for fun, socialization, and relaxation. My husband and I stayed for 3.5 months during the winter of 2022. If we had not already planned on traveling west this coming season, we would have likely returned to the same spot for more fun in the sun. Several parks and beaches within a comfortable drive.

A great shout out to Sun RV Resorts from our Shuffleboard team at Settlers Resort. We greatly appreciate the improvements to the courts and the communication with Sun staff who went above and beyond. All we can say is thank you thank you. Nolan and Linda Leavitt team captains .

The amenities, friendly residents and transients are awesome. Lots of activities in the 3 connected parks and close to shopping and many attractions. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The only thing I can suggest improvement in is the cleanliness of the floors, baseboards and under the bed and appliances. Overall I would recommend this resort to any 55+ vacationer or as a resident. We hope to come back again next year.
