pas cher et satisfaisant ; les chambres au 10 étage sont sous la piscine et cela peux faire du bruit de temps en temps . Apres un nettoyage de la piscine par le robot le bruit a disparu. la chambre est grande et confortable . tres proche de la plage cet hotel est un endroit parfait pour y poser ses valises !

Спасибо большое прекрасный отель нам все понравилось! Хороший персонал во всем старается помочь! Уборка номеров каждый день дают водичку! Все замечательно! Бассейн глубокий с видом на город лежаки есть но нужно занимать заранее так как в отеле всегда много народа! Завтрак хороший есть из чего выбрать но не было ничего сладенького. Процветания отелю приедите еще спасибо за все!

Đồ ăn sáng rất OK ..

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times this year and have yet to see any staff smile. The rooms are ok but don't expect to get a food platter in the pool as per the advertised picture. The pool is on the roof and small. The bar is closed. Nice location near the beach, bars and restaurants. Reception staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Breakfast ranges from good to bad. Especially if you like cold french fries?

Phục vụ nhiệt tình ,vui vẻ kì nghỉ rất thoải mái ,tiện lợi cho tất cả những phương tiện phong cảnh rất đẹp mắt người Hà Nội rất thân thiện. Nếu lần sau có co hội tôi sẽ chọn nơi này làm kì nghỉ và tôi sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè cùng gia đình mình sẽ tiếp tục tới đây .

Khách sạn view đẹp, cơ sở vật chất trong phòng hiện đại và chất lượng, nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện và nhiệt tình, giá cả hợp lí, khách sạn có hồ bơi ngoài trời lí tưởng và thoáng mát, bữa ăn sáng chất lượng.

Khách sain view đẹp, lễ tân Trinh nhiệt tình, phòng ốc thoáng mát và đẹp đe, view phố đẹp , nhân viên nhiệt tình, hợp túi tiền, sẽ đến đây một lần nữa, tuyệt, bữa ăn sáng hợp lí có hồ bơi ngoài trời thoáng mât

Really nice hotel, comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly. The pool bar looked liked it was closed which was a disappointment but lots of other hotels have nice pools and sky bars. I have traveled to Da nang many many times and this is easily the best hotel I have stayed in.

Stayed three nights, no staff to help with luggage up the stairs, (I am in my late 70's) given one room key and breakfast tickets,. Up to room, flimsy curtains that wouldn't keep moonlight out, very basic fittings. Bed okay, pillows terrible. Room looked like it needed a good clean, air conditioner leaked so badly we had to put a towel on the floor. Breakfast: What a joke, limited amount of food and virtually nothing to suit Western guests, sour faced staff, lukewarm coffee and tea. Had to request hot water each day. Staff: Requested that Air Con be looked at, their answer to problem was to turn it up to 25c!! That'll work!! It didn't and in the end we gave up asking them to fix it. Night staff (male) was a lazy obnoxious person, no spare toilet paper in the room and when asked for some more it was like we were asking for their Family Jewels!! The only two nice and friendly staff were the two young girls on reception. The rest dont understand English, thank God I speak a fair bit of Vietnamese and my Wife is Vietnamese. Room Amenities: An old kettle, no tea, coffee or sugar. When asked we were generously given two coffee and two tea sachets. Gave up and bought our own! No restaurant to have a meal at night, no bar although there was a very dilapidated one on the top floor where the pool is located. This Hotel needs to go back to Hotel Management 101 and get the basics right. It was totally different from what it shows on *********** etc. There are so many other hotels in the area and we were glad to leave to go to Hoi An. Not Recommended. No business centre either. Oh did I mention the slamming doors and noisy occupants??! Well we had them too!

If I told you my experience you would not post a negative review

If you’re just looking for a dormitory, probably OK. 1) The fact that they don’t have power supply to the rooms without the key card installed (they only offered one), means your laptop, power bank, camera gear, etc. will not be charged when you return to the room. 2) the Internet is unusable inside the room, forget a video conference or a FaceTime call to your loved ones. Forget getting that spreadsheet or business document for tomorrow’s important meeting. 3) Bring earplugs. You might get jolted from your bed at six in the morning from the guests in adjacent rooms that like to scream back-and-forth at each other while preparing for their whatever, tourist vacation, excursion, etc. Extra points for the shrieking kid with the temper tantrum. I have never seen such a grandiose display of banging screaming and crying for more than one hour. Putting the pillow over your head isn’t going to help, folks. Extra extra points for this happening two days in a row. Other than that, the staff are affable, the venue seems OK, although I didn’t check out much (word is there may be a pool here), I just went there to sleep as I couldn’t work there. And very little sleep it was.
