連續住了7晚，服務人員不錯，但衞生一般，空調有噪音，通風系統不行，又不能開窗，導致不舒服

#好評#對梳洗用品，防治蚊蟲措施，位置，鄰近活動，鄰近餐廳，性價比滿意；酒店新、干净，有全套厨房，配简易早餐，房间宽敞，布局合理。酒店对面是Rite Aid 药房，里面日用品，除了鲜蔬果，其它都有，非常方便。酒店离开Cleveland Clinic 和Cleveland Art Museum 只需步行10分钟，地理位置优越。美术馆边上是个小湖泊，环境优美。开车10分钟有大型美超David和亚超顶好

酒店房間還蠻小的 這點比較意外
但是有一個吧台有洗手台
設施都蠻好的
注意房間沒有牙膏 雖然可以call前台問有沒有牙膏
離博物館很近 這點很不錯

The property was very clean, stylish, and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic if you're going to Cleveland Clinic, with it being a 1 minute drive or a 5 or 6 minute walk

The room is nice and big. Love the kitchen. Parking is good but need to pay for it. Love the gym. Love the staff service.
Breakfast should be updated. Scrambled eggs and Sandwiches are not fresh. Would be great if they provide some salad.
Grocery nearby is not convenient.

There were no major problems, but the room was simply average. The room was very small compared to other Residence Inns. The shower had mildew in the seams around the edges. Not bad, just not what I'd expect at a Marriott.

Enjoyed my one night stay. Up to date. Maybe 4-5mes from downtown which was a plus. Bed was comfortable, nice hot shower wld stay again.
