"Good location ,Hotel seemed in a good shape ,clea lines was lacking, either cleaned in a rush .Our washroom floor was not mopped u can tell by bath mat turned black as we wiped the water spill from shower. Emptied the washropm garbage bin and handful of hair in garbage bin.The beds were comfy and clean.The staff were friendly especially the food/catering side.The parking attendant on the other hand was very rude.He sat there on his phone while we struggled to get access into parking lot although we had pre paid for parking. .He seemed annoyed when we asked for help.Not sure what he he is there for .Turned out it was their scanner issue. Parking is extra 20 dollars a night and breakfast buffet was 18 dollars for adult and $ 6 or 8 for kids under 12 ."

"Clean/Dedicated Staffs/Facility: This Hilton is our fav place to stay when in Cleveland. As soon as we get checked in, we were welcomed (thank you, Caden!). As we arrived late at night after a long road trip, his warm welcome and communication to ensure us a comfortable stay meant a lot. At midnight, a couple of staffs were very kind to search my lost bag. Overnight Manager MJ checked on us before our checkout. Great communication during our entire stay. There is a great selection of healthy food and beverages available for 24 near the front desk. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We’ll keep coming back here! Thank you, all dedicated staffs."

"挺好。對於我這種去進修學習的比較合適。有做飯的地方比較好，房間也夠大。離CCF又很近，走路即可（美帝這地兒，沒車寸步難行）。唯一的問題，健身設施有些壞了，一個月都缺乏運動。"

"酒店裝修很漂亮，爵士老錢風，喜歡藝術壁紙和銅頂燈，房間乾淨衞生，酒店地處克里夫蘭downtown 中心，出行便利，前台工作人員服務態度很好，給的第一個房間靠近車庫有很大的機器噪音，提岀來後立即給我換了一個很滿意的安靜房間"

"Отель так себе. На полу нет ковра. Находится далеко от станции метро. Достаточно дорогой для других отелей в Кливленде такого же уровня. Кондиционер плохо отапливал комнату. На следующий день переехал в другой отель."

"Great stay and close by the airport. Also decent pool but small gym. Good staff and lobby bar"
