The hotel rooms are not so bad but the buffet food is really terrible. In the Italian restaurant the food is quite good, but it is an impossible mission to get a table, either it is closed or they only serve a few people.

Atendimento atencioso e sempre dispostos a ajudar, chama táxi, levam as malas.. Quarto e banheiro grandes, chuveiro bom com temperatura da água boa.. cama boa também porém no quarto que escolhemos era de casal (poderia ser queen pelo menos).. Concedem toalhas para piscina e praia do hotel, podendo levar também nos passeios, apenas registrar na recepção. A prainha do hotel é linda, legal para fazer snorkel na água cristalina, vários peixinhos.. bar próximo da piscina faz hamburguer, tacos e outras coisas se sentir fome a tarde.. por do sol da piscina e prainha é lindo!! Não precisa fazer reserva nos restaurantes, mas eles fazem uma lista de espera no dia. Restaurante de Frutos do Mar estava funcionando somente para almoço. A comida dos restaurantes era ok.. não fornecem Transfer para o ferry.. taxi do ferry custa cerca de 100 pesos em 2022.

It was great for our family as it was enclosed and we could allow our kids to be independent. The wait time for the Italian restaurant was very long. The food at the Mexican restaurant wasn't very good.

The pools were freezing and the buffet had such minimal selection. The food was also the exact same every day in there. They didn’t allow reservations in the restaurants which was very difficult traveling with young children. The hotel as a whole seemed a bit run down. Would not go back to this hotel.

Very clean with friendly helpful staff. Small beach area out front that had a tunnel under the road and close/easy to get to on hotel grounds. Food was good and had some variety. Rooms clean and comfortable.

I went with my mom and 6 year old son for a new years trip.
The resort is great for kids my son had a blast. The beach lagoon is great for snorkeling and relaxing.
We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment. Always involved the fun game for the kids to play on stage before the show.
Not so good stuff below:
All the jacuzzis never get heated so they’re cold Jacuzzis, which is very unfortunate because we were looking forward to going in there at night and relaxing with the sunset but it was too cold.
The food was not great at all. My mom is not a big foodie or eater, so she didn’t have any issues other than not liking a lot of the dishes. Good thing it’s a buffet because she had other things to pick from.
They should make reservation systems for the restaurants because it there was always tons of people waiting outside.
But overall it’s great for families. If the food was better and the Jacuzzi’s were actually heated at night. I would say it would’ve been quite the perfect trip.

Check in and check out was really slow. The restaurants except for the buffet was also really slow. Don't go with a big group.
