Very nice hotel with very good service staff we came to cox bazar with a large group 150 people we thought it will take lots of time for check in to the room but we got our room early in the morning Mr.Ebrahim do all the checks in very smoothly he very good at his service we must say. All other departments are very good at three service.

It was absolutely awesome experience at Best Western Heritage. All staffs behaviour was nice. I am totally pleased. Specially Mr. Siju & Osman Goni in restaurant are Polite person and smile face It was a Great. So thanks Best Western. We will come again.

The Best Western Heritage in Cox's Bazar is consistently rated as one of the top hotels in the area, and it fully met our expectations in all categories. The room and service were both well-maintained, and an issue we encountered during check-in were quickly resolved by Mr. Tarek Aziz, the Assistant Guest Service Manager. In my experience of traveling to seven different countries, I have found that this level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare, as many individuals simply perform their duties without going above and beyond. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

Well, but we Confirm room at 9.00 am and cheekin time 1.00 pm but we get room at 2.00pm. Front desk stuff service need to better. Siju mia, Miskat, Babul service satisfied me. They get the room beside big ac generator. And generator sound disturbing. We come here MTB offer. May be this reason, we got this kind of service!
