Coronado Inn

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room basic, but very adequate. Not far from restaurant area.

Staff were really nice and stayed late for our arrival on Chris**as Eve night. Please was well located and nice and clean. Parking was great. Close to shops. Room seemed new and/or recently updated. No major issues, but a microwave in the room would have been handy. Also, the bed was very comfortable but the steel frame was slightly creaky! Would definitely stay again.

Probably best deal on Coronado! Helpful hosts, clean room and good coffee in lobby (not so much in the room). Would recommend.

After reading many reviews, we were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Coronado Inn! The staff were all absolutely hospitable and super friendly. The location is perfect with a bus stop right at the motel, or a quick walk down to shopping and dining at the harbor. It is also walkable to Coronado Beach but they have bikes you can use for the day. We had six hours to kill after checking out and before our flight and they still let us use bikes all day and held our luggage. The room was updated fairly recently, had a small fridge and coffee maker. The bed was extremely firm (just how I like it!) and heat worked well. The major things were clean (sink, toilet, shower, bed) but there could be more attention to cleaning to small things like baseboards and the crevices on the bathroom vanity. Overall, a very nice little place and would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay in Coronado.

Hot water for shower is not hot enough. Stayed in the "suite", it has no closet or even a hook for clothes. Floor was dirty, turned the bottom of our socks dark. Bedroom TV did not work. Bed was comfortable.

The bicycles were a huge plus, we used them tour the island without traffic issues. Thanks again!

Easy to get around, comfortable. Wi-fi was glitchy, the TV was struggling to get signal,

There were ants in my room, I couldn't leave anything on the floor or it would be covered in ants. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Basic property. We stayed one night for a concert at Petco Park and this property was good for a place to sleep and shower with a reasonable Uber cost. Very, very basic bed, table, and tv. Could use a lot of maintenance in terms of appearance as the shower had patches that were covered with actual tape and the air conditioner unit was dusty af, but served its purpose as a place to sleep/shower. Definitely NOT worth the $226 we paid for one night, though.
