Overall the stay was pretty good. However, I had a really concerning experience where on my first night, I had just returned from a business outing and came back to my hotel room to find the toilet seat up (I am female and do not have the seat up), towels removed and a few things moved around. However, it was not housekeeping because my bed was not made and nothing was replaced. I was really, really spooked for the remainder of my stay, as I felt unsafe in my own space. I let the front desk know and they said “huh could have been maintenance”, but no apology and no correction. I then asked for housekeeping to come up and make the bed and replace the missing towels, but nobody ever came. It was a strange experience.

We always love staying with you.Unfortunately this time are room was freezing during the night and the pool area was flooded because of the hot tub and out of control kids it was very slick.Buffet could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms have plenty of space could the bathrooms a little small and could use some updates. The swimming pool was great just a little chilly. Overall it was great.

Staff was great, happy hour was good and breakfast was on good as well. Room was clean but bed and couch were uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay though.

This was a great place for a staycation. The lobby area was full with cozy sitting areas and water features. The bistro lights and water fall made us feel like we were truly on vacation. Also, fantastic omelette bar/breakfast and nightly reception.
We will definitely stay here again!!

The staff is amazing. Housekeeping found my iPhone cord and computer cord and turned it into front desk. I was so happy. Unfortunately, the sink again takes awhile to drain. Other than that, and the stained carpet, amazing staff

Our carpet was heavily stained. The sink water did not drain for a while and the bathroom sink was the same with water taking a while to drain.
