You get what you pay for and what’s stated. The location is very good, there’s a local supermarket around the corner for supplies. My only issue is, there were urine stains on my toilet seat - I cleaned it myself, how it got there I do not know. Also the service attitude of one of the receptionist (her name is Madhu) left a sour taste for me - I changed my plans and reduced my stay, she demanded that I cannot do that and I cannot leave - without listening to me about the refund which had already been issued. Her peers were much friendlier. The staff for breakfast were super accommodating and nice, also the two ladies in the cafe downstairs.

Location is consider prime central location, 3mins drive to Face Galle Mall and beach. The hotel is old and outdated. I was assigned old outdated room on 15th floor at 3:30pm. My attival experience is very bad due to pver crowded guests at check-in area and they do not have enough man-power to cater the peak. I'm disappointed with my room x old and outdated. After 2 nights stay I requested to change to RENOVATED room at level 8. Which is much comfortable and same as advertised in trip.com. i extended another 3 nights and total stay for 5 night ay hilton. Breakfast area is very crowded and the spread is okay. Next time I willntry sheraton colombo

ที่พักตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง เดินทางไปยังสถานที่สำคัญต่างๆ ได้สะดวก: 15 นาทีถึง Galle Face Green, 10 นาทีถึงมัสยิดแดงและตลาด Pettah และ 5 นาทีถึง Dutch Hospital Food Arcade สถานที่ส่วนใหญ่สามารถเดินไปได้ และมีรถตุ๊กตุ๊กให้บริการมากมายเมื่อต้องการ ห้องนอนขนาดควีนไซส์กว้างขวางและค่อนข้างสะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานให้ แต่คุณจะต้องขอไดร์เป่าผมและเตารีด (ไม่มีที่รองรีด) ทีวีของฉันใช้งานไม่ได้ แต่เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็น โดยรวมแล้ว เป็นที่พักที่ดีและสะดวกสบายสำหรับการเที่ยวชมโคลัมโบ

โรงแรมที่น่าพอใจที่สุดที่เราเคยพักในโคลัมโบ ประเทศศรีลังกา แม้ว่าห้องพักจะเก่าไปหน่อย แต่วิวก็เยี่ยมมาก! ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมให้บริการอาหารเช้า อาหารกลางวัน และอาหารเย็นที่หรูหราและอร่อย มีบาร์ข้างสระว่ายน้ำเหมาะแก่การชมเป็นอย่างยิ่ง คุณสามารถชม Colombo TV Tower ได้อย่างเต็มอิ่ม! จะกลับมาที่นี่อีกในครั้งหน้าที่ฉันมีโอกาส

Good hotel, location attached to the mall is perfect. Not good for families though as the 'kids club' is a play area in the mall which they own but you will only get access for a 1 hour voucher FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. We stayed multiple nights and had to pay everyday for access to the 'kids club' after paying for one of the most expensive hotels in colombo. Nothing else for kids to do in the hotel except the pool.

I stayed three nights at Fairway Colombo and the hotel delivered a modern, efficient experience. The highlight is the use of robot technology for deliveries, which adds convenience and consistency to the service. Check-in was smooth, and staff were courteous and well-organized throughout the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with reliable Wi-Fi and all essential amenities. Housekeeping was punctual and unobtrusive. The hotel’s location near the Dutch Hospital area made it easy to access dining and attractions on foot. Overall, Fairway Colombo provides a smart, contemporary stay with good service and a unique tech-focused touch. A strong option for both business and leisure travelers looking for convenience and modern comfort.

とても便利な場所でした。 徒歩圏内に　美味しいレストラン　スーパーがありました。 このホテルは　チェックイン時刻が　23：30までなのですが、空港からの車の手配に手間取ってしまい、ホテルに30分ぐらい遅れてしまうとても電話を入れたところ　スタッフさんが　ホテルの入り口で　待っていてくださいました。 お部屋に冷蔵庫　ヘアドライヤーがなかったです。

Kingsbury hotel is in a prime location closer to the beach activities. Some rooms are with sea view. Shopping mall is nearby that offers variety of shops and services. Restaurants provide wide selection of food options with local and international cuisines. The rooms are carpeted which emits old odour. The room furniture needs modernising. We experienced issues with booking. They couldn’t find our booking and gave us a room in a lower floor and the furnitures were old with smelly carpet. On my complaint, we were upgraded to a suite room in a higher floor which was classy and the view was excellent. Don’t know I can afford to stay in a suite. The staffs were helpful. I didn’t have a chance to use all amenities but I noticed there were many options. I will stay again if I am given a room in a higher floor or if I can afford a suite room.
