The outside is warmly furnished. The interior environment is clean. There is a private bathroom and efficient air conditioning in the room. The sea is right outside the hotel. And there is a good café and iconic train there. The reception and owner were friendly and helpful. It was morning when I transferred over. The owner helped me check in early when the room was full, which was very decent and reasonable. All in all, whether it's a trip or a stopover, this hotel is bang for the buck. 👍🏻

I felt safe, spacious & comfy here. My bedroom was a large space with high ceiling that stayed cool. Wonderful launching pad to experience a day in life of Colombo from. I am glad I stayed here because it has enriched my experience and met my simple needs.

Great location in Colombo, if you are looking for somewhere quiet nice and clean in the city center, this is the place. The place is next to ocean and rail way, a bit noisy in the morning and evening. The rooms are spacious and decently decorated, shower is powerful. Nice people, Mervyn and Nihal, Vincent and Pradeep very helpful and they all have great serving mind. They even helped me with some paperworks. I would like to stay with them again if I go to Colombo.

Сбежали в этот отель из Roy villa, что находится в окре стностях Берувелы. Отель для бюджетного отдыха. ВСЁ необходимое предоставили за исключением горячей воды. Номер на первом (цокольном) этаже. Вид из окна в стену. Более претензий по отелю нет. Удобное расположение. Пляжей для купания рядом нет. Обслуживающий персонал достаточно внимателен и вежлив.
