Hotel Mondial did an excellent job with our booking, gave us expert advice on the area, helped with recommendations when we travelled for the Christmas markets and helped us celebrate our engagement. The only thing I would say is that the rooms aren’t very spacious. Thank you for your excellent service MGallery!

A lovely and perfectly located hotel, right by the Cologne Cathedral and a short walk from the train station—but thankfully not on an overly busy street. Very friendly and courteous staff, well-appointed room (if no hair conditioner) and a very good breakfast buffet. I would be happy to stay there again.

Honestly I didn't stay in this hotel, because of rail strike, I have no choice but to cancel my trip to Hanover, I asked the hotel for refund, at least in certain percentage. The feedback from them is you can take another transportation to come Hanover and no refund allowed. I am from Hong Kong, not a locals, how can I go Hanover from Frankfurt but not taking rail system? Should I take a taxi or Uber? 300km distance !! not 300m!!

Location is great
The gym is awful, worst of all the 20 hotels i stayed in cologne…
For 27€ the breakfast is very poor… no natural juices… really bad
