I booked a premium double room. The room was not properly cleaned. Service was very bad, for everything you have to call room service multiple times. They said no outside food was allowed, which was surprising. Reception staff was not welcoming. Table had cigrate bud burning marks. Overall bad experience.

Clean spacious and good place to stay. Pool was big but requires some maintenance. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend for others too

This is a convenient hotel located near Sai baba colony. Rooms are decent as well as the beds. They have a restaurant in the hotel and you can order room service as well. Their food is good, and they provide a complimentary breakfast buffet as well. If you want to go to RS Puram, Gandhipuram or areas around the same, this is a convenient hotel. They have abundant car parking as well. Overall a decent hotel for your stay in Coimbatore

Dirty room, full of fungus and moth. Stinking bathroom. Underrated maintenance. The location is good.

We just booked it because it’s near to ganga hospital, but the rates they are offering is not worth the room, it’s an old property and they do not provide hot water in bath room. The cupboards are old sanitary comods are due for change the wash basin was clogged. Positive thing is, the rooms are big, wi-fi is good and the breakfast is also good. Overall average experience.

Wash room hygiene (water logging is there ) is bad and there will be service delay, for the price we pay i think it’s not worth it. But the breakfast buffet is good.

The property seems to be old and not maintained properly, wooden tiles are all peeled in many places. TV available without cable connection 😕
