Worst experience. No good. Bed are no good bath room door lock get jammed.
During our first trip to Coimbatore, we decided to stay at Ibis City Centre The location - perfectly located in the city centre, the hotel provides one of the best accessibility to tourist spots, temples, takeaways and shopping. Lakshmi Mills is just across the street with selection of cafes, Lulu Supermarket and shops. The famous Anaanda Restaurant is only 5 mins walk from the hotel. The transportation - Parking is available if you drive. Else, auto or cabs are also available. The airport is 6km away while the railway station is 3km away. The room - We paid good price for the standard twin room. Clean and comfortable room that came with wooden flooring, good air-conditioning and facilities. The rooms have free high speed Wi-Fi. Bathroom was small but met our expectation. The service - Front desk staff was friendly and fast. Check in & check out was seamless. The food - We tried their in room dining. Ordered vegetarian aglio olio and vegetarian fried rice, super delicious ! Did not try the breakfast cos we left early for temple visits but I am sure it was equally delicious. Thank you Ibis for making our first visit to Coimbatore a memorable one! We loved both the city & the hotel. Nandri, vanakam !

The property is poorly maintained, the shower and sink drains were clogged. It seems like the corridor carpets (4th floor) are never cleaned, you could see dust and objects. The food quality is quite bad, sambar and pizza were tasteless, stale old bread, oily puris and vadas. The room has no cupboard, and place to keep and open your bag - put t on bed perhaps. Basics missing. When checking out, told the staff that I did not have a great experience staying in the property, they smiled. That's the height of indifference. Shows the attitude. The date and time in the lift is of Nov'25; informed front desk and again they smiled. Restaurant requires good cleaning of tables, serving areas. The F & B were pleasing and good but looked very very tired.
