Excellent restaurant. Great view, great service and the flavors of the different plates is awesome. A must try. Everything we ordered was right on cue. Delicious. 100% recommended. Even the drinks were great. We are definitely going to stay overnight in the future. For now it is definitely recommended to stop by and have something al the restaurant.

Tolles Haus mit außergewöhnlichem Restaurant
Netter Empfang, sehr hilfsbereite MitarbeiterInnen, sauberes zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon und sagenhaftem Meerblick. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant sollte man nicht verpassen. Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Nachtisch waren ausgezeichnet. Und der chilenische Wein natürlich auch. Hätten wir in dieser Gegend nie vermutet. Klare Empfehlung.

Solo fuimos al resturante, nos dio una muy buena imprsión, muy bien atendido. Pedimos unos tragos que estaban muy bien preparados y los plato deliciosos y bien presentados. No fallaron las fetuccini con ostiones y tampoco fallaron los locos, estaban blandos y laminados.

Muy buen lugar para descansar, las instalaciones en perfecto estado, muy agradable el personal, las tinajas con vista al mar son excelentes. Buen servicio desde el desayuno, con restaurante gourmet a metros de la habitación. La comida sin reparos con amplia carta y vinos locales distintos pero excelentes !!! Muchas felicitaciones por el gran servicio, ha sido una estadía completa.

Reservamos a las 14 hrs, llegamos a la hora y despues de 1 hora de espera nos informan q nuestro pedido no habia sido ingresado, nadie se hace responsable y con niños fue una horrible experiencia. La comida buena, la atención mala, se llena y no pueden manejarlo. Ademas estan remodelando y no pueden con el número de mesas q tienen

El servicio al cliente en Rukantu es básicamente inexistente. Llame a preguntar si abrían a la hora de almuerzo y me dijeron que si, desde la 1pm. Cuando quise hacer una reserva unas horas más tarde me dijeron que el lugar no abriría hasta las 3pm por reparaciones en la cocina. Volví a llamar para asegurarme y me dijeron que estaba abierto. Finalmente llegamos a esa hora para el cumpleaños de mi madre. La persona del lobby completamente desinformada nos hizo pasar y cuando estábamos por sentarnos salió alguien a decir que no podrían atendernos hasta las 3:30pm, que no era culpa de ellos. Nunca hubo una disculpa, nadie se responsabilizó. Pésima atención y una decepción enorme.

Volvería sin pensarlo. La vista es hermosa, todo muy limpio, la comida es fresca y su presentación excelente. La atención del personal es genial, muy agradables y se nota que disfrutan de su trabajo (en especial José en el restaurante!)
