What a beautiful location. From the moment we arrived and greated by the fabulous Lucie at reception, we felt so welcomed. We settled into our rooms, freshened up, and decided to have drinks in the bar before our evening meal. The food and service from chloe were outstanding. Followed by more drinks in the bar. After a great night, sleep in our king-size bed, and we came down for breakfast. Help yourself fruit, Yoghurts, juice, and pastries. Claudia came to take our order for cooked breakfast. It's so fresh and amazing. Her level of service was outstanding, remembering our drink order from the day before, also remembering the little things like my mum likes her bacon crispy and my dad has an allergy to egg. Sunday evening drinks in the bar were quieter than Saturday, which allowed Chris the Manager to sit and have a chat with us, learning more about him and his wonderful team. Adding the personal touch to our visit. We can't wait to come back soon.

Enjoyed the stay very much, lovely room, very comfortable bed, really good food, warm welcome. Convenient location for wandering around, plenty of parking. All round great place to stay.

My husband and I stayed for two nights. Lovely room although the hot water could be a little tempramental. Breakfast and dinner - good choice and very tasty. Service good.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was incredibly. Lovely location. Parking was fantastic and located at the back of the hotel. Would stay here again.

Wow! What a transformation. This recently refurbished hotel is an elegant and inviting fusion between contemporary and classic styles. The rooms are clean, comfortable and attractive; especially so the dining, bar and reception areas. Food choices at breakfast and dinner are good, well prepared and presented nicely. One minor quibble (shared with another recent reviewer) is the very poor quality tea served at breakfast. The hotel management needs to sort this out!. Staff throughout the hotel’s operation were, without exception, unfailingly welcoming, friendly and obliging. It was especially pleasing to see some long serving staff members helping to maintain such excellent standards and service. Well done all and thank you.

Just returned home from a two night stay at this excellent hotel. We arrived early but we're able to access our room before the alloted time of 4pm. Very friendly warm greeting from the receptionist. Dinner on the first night was included in our deal and was very good. The good sized room was well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, clean , comfortable and with plenty of electrical sockets for recharging phones etc and in particular my wife liked that she could use the hairdryer and the mirror at the same time! There was plenty of choice at breakfast including a full English. On both mornings and the waiting staff were attentive and friendly. If you are looking for a relaxing welcoming friendly hotel then I highly recommend this centrally located hostelry in Oswestry. PS...my wife noticed a minor issue with the Coachmans Inn Ltd website which she reported to a manager and within minutes Simon in the companies IT department had fixed it. Thus proving the company listens to its customers!!...

Absolutely gorgeous room, huge bathroom, fantastic food and amazing host Chris. Really enjoyable stay nothing was too much trouble for our group, would highly recommend for leisure or business. Stylish beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds and outside space

we booked to stay in a twin room for an overnight stay with breakfast. The check in was at 3pm but we were early but our room was r4eady and so we were allowed to check in by a lovely friendly lady. she could not of been more helpful. the room and view was beautiful and clean and comfy and we did not want for anything more other than a mini fridge perhaps. the following morning we had a wonderful full English in a gorgeous spacious and light restaurant. The only downer was the tea.... believe it or not it was the worst cup of tea I have ever had 😂 how can a cup of tea be that bad you ask 🤣. fantastic stay and would highly recommend but take your own teabags xx
