房間還大的，窗外能看到伊利湖。隔音效果不大好，晚上週邊住户進出以及講話聲聽得很清楚。酒店的餐飲一般。

Everyone was very friendly & helpful. We had no issues with our room and had a very nice weekend. We would definitely stay at the Westin again and would recommend it to others.

I would have really loved my stay at The Westin, but while I was gone to an event, something was stolen out of my room! I assume housekeeping either took my item or threw it away. Either way, I am out of my expensive facial serum. I guess since it was so small, they thought I wouldn’t notice but I did! Security came and took my information but never followed back up with me!

The room was really clean and nicely put together. It had all the amenities we needed and was perfect for our night out on the town. Would recommend and will go again!

Excellent location that was a 15 minute walk from the Browns stadium. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Also, my room was upgraded free-of-charge from a king to two queen beds when I requested a cot for room to accommodate a 3rd adult.

Check in was a breeze with Jen. This hotel was so close to Browns stadium. We stayed here for Indians game too. Valet parking is perfect. Beds and pillows comfortable. Big rooms. Very nice hotel without an outrageous price.

The trip started meeting Alice, who was absolutely incredible! She was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. We at breakfast in the Westin Kitchen and Courtney was our waitress. She was incredible as well and our food was perfect!
The only complaint would be that our room fluctuated temperature even with the air/heat on but it was a minor situation

Amazing rooms and service. Front desk worked with us to get connecting rooms. We had an issue with our door keypad and maintenance was there in 5 minutes to replace the batteries. Concierge helped us to arrange travel plans for the Browns game. Highly recommend and will stay at again next time we are in town.
