When I arrived, they told me they had a reservation for only 1 room even though I had my reservation email that confirmed 2 rooms. The desk clerk was less than reasonable and just kept telling us how bad ******* is and that it was my fault that the room was not booked because I used *******. I kept trying to show her my reservation email and letting her know the name of the person that would be in the other room, but she wanted nothing to do with it. She just kept repeating how bad ******* is and blaming me for using them. She found a room for us anyhow so we took it. When we got into the room, there was animal feces on the floor, the toilet seat was broken, the TV would not come on, and the electrical outlets looked like they had been put on by a 6 year old. When I tried calling the office to let her know the condition of the room, I found many of the buttons on the phone were missing. Fortunately, I was able to get her in there and she agreed the room was garbage. Again, she found us another room, but not the king room. Again, obviously cleaning and maintenance are not priorities there, but we had wasted enough time, so we just took it. The only chair in the room was broken, the door would not properly shut unless we fussed with it for several minute (not very secure), the freezer had inches of frozen ice and no freezer door (unusable), the room had obviously been cleaned, but not thoroughly, and the bedding was covered with stains.
