Check in and out we’re easy. Hotel is super clean, up to date design and decor, rooms are clean and very comfortable.

The desk clerk that checked me was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. Definitely would stay there again!!

I don't know what the room was like since they didn't have a room for us. The desk clerk spoke NO English. She used her phone to translate. I showed her my ******* confirmation, but it didn't help. She didn't even offer help to find another pet friendly hotel. I can't believe ******* deals with such a place!

Hotel is in an industrial area. I felt safe there. The wonder was great and you can tell they have put a lot of work into improving to rooms. Room was very nice for the price range. I would stay there again.

The parking lot really needs to be resurfaced or at least fill in some of the pot holes!
I know they have made major improvements over the last 10 years however it doesn't seem as though they've done much in the past year.

There was really only one thing wrong. No cups of any kind. No way to take a drink. I had to empty a medicine bottle to use it for water to take my meds.
