"Very nice hotel, nice breakfast, located little far from center, but nice walk, many restaurants nearby, also two wine shops. Unfortunately holel wine basement wasn't open. Only doubt is expensive spa.. Kids have access just until 7pm, we arrived at 5pm soo for full price isn't worthy... But otherwise I recomend"

"Although not everything is bad here, this hotel seems to be stuck in an era that has long gone. The mattresses are extremely thin, cleanliness is a big issue, the rooms are not cleaned during your stay, breakfast is served in a hot cafeteria like environment and service is extremely slow. In addition, the temperature of the (hot) water constantly fluctuates and there is no shower curtain : floods guaranteed ! At last, they request advance payment, which is such a sign of distrust that you really do not feel welcome here. And I would accept all these disadvantages if the hotel would cost 1000 CZK / night, but in reality the price is more than double. For the amount you pay here, you will find a beautiful hotel in the centre of Znojmo with friendly staff and clean rooms. Don't hesitate !"
