I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was shocked at how dirty and poorly maintained it was. There was visible mould on the walls and in the bathroom, and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here. The room looked nothing like the photos online—total catfish! What was advertised as a clean, modern space was actually outdated, grimy, and unfit for guests. The location is even worse; it's in a very sketchy area that feels incredibly unsafe, especially for women. I felt uncomfortable just walking around, and honestly, it seems like a place where you would be at risk of being sexually assaulted. This is not a location I would ever recommend anyone stay, particularly if you're traveling alone or as a group of women. The staff were average—neither friendly nor rude—but that’s about the only neutral thing I can say. The entire building is run-down and feels like it should be condemned. It needs to be demolished rather than rented out to unsuspecting guests. I will never go back to this place, and I strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere. We only stayed for 1 night and ended up booking a new hotel. To top it off, the breakfast was awful—bland, cold, and utterly unappetizing. It’s clear that no effort is put into the food quality. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money, your time, and your sanity—don’t stay here. I will never go back!
Would like to thank the wonderful helpful friendly staff at the Optimum luxury hotel. They go above and beyond for you. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Food and drink is extremely reasonable Also. Thank you for a wonderful weeks stay with you all :-)
Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean affordable luxury. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Agora Mall and Mall of Antalya are within walking distance. Although not central, we took advantage of the tram line with the station five minutes walk away, for 25 tl you can travel to city centre. We went to Izmetpasha got off there and walked to Kale Kapisi from here you can go straight to Konyaalti Beach which is the last stop. The transport system is good and clean but the tourist board need to print the tram network map in English and readily available. Also a brochure of the attractions in Antalya(so much to do and see) printed in English would be fantastic. However staff at Ema gave directions and bent over backwards to help. Lovely holiday, I would stay here again. Thanks for looking after us.
I recently stayed at AG Hotels Antalya and had a wonderful experience. The service-minded staff at the reception and lounge were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and flavorful options. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Antalya! 5 out of 5.
CCarlos YI stayed here for a couple of weeks whilst having an operation in Antalya and working in the hotel reception downstairs remotely when I was back during business hours. The hotel has a lot of modern stuff. The keys are all electronic readers with decent sized rooms. The hotel has not been around for that long so most things here are new. The bathrooms have all wet room style in them with a chair included for those who struggle with disability or simply want to sit down in a shower and reflect on life. It's the kind of seat that would have been perfect in ****** Royale so that Eva Green didn't have to sit on the floor. Breakfast is served from 7.30-10 and mainly includes, cheese, salami, bread, olives, tomatoes, other vegetables, coffee, chocolate spread, butter. This is the only downside of here is that there is not a huge amount of variety in the breakfast but then again, they also do not have so many guests that stay continuously. They will also make omlettes if you want one chucking cheese, meat and peppers in. There is a supermarket directly opposite, a barber on the left and right and a cafe that has pizza, kebabs and burgers directly opposite also. If you walk left out of the hotel, cross the road and continue straight on at the next right, you will get to Konyaalti beach within 6 minutes walk or so. Everything is very close to the main beach strip where all the beach bars and restaurants / shops are. If you walk right and walk for about 5 mins, you will reach the highway section where bigger restaurants and some houseware shops / banks are. So here you have a lot of things close by and the hotel is the perfect half way point. The staff are very helpful here. They are always happy to make you ice coffees or cater to what you need. The cleaning staff are helpful also. Outback is a small swimming pool but at least enough if someone just wants to relax in the sun or swim in the pool a little bit. It's not quite Four Seasons poolside and there is no bar with drinks but then again that is also reflected in the price per night here. Laundry is 30TL for a load and they will do it for you and bring it to your room in the evening or the next day. So if you stay for 2 weeks, just give them your stuff at the end of the week. Hotel is also Covid safe too. Thanks to Kaan and all the other staff at the hotel for a great stay! I will be back
