The staff was simply great. From the checkin, through the dinner, breakfast, and check-out, we were greeted by very helpful and cheerful staff. The hotel was itself very clean and tidy, the rooms adequately sized with comfortable beds.
Looking at the photographs it's clear that the rooms in this hotel vary considerably. We had a smallish modern looking room which was all we needed. Although situated next to a tram line the room was quiet due to the double glazing and roller shutters. Our bathroom was large but had the strangest taps I've ever seen. The hotel is four star rated but I think three would be more realistic and the decent price reflects this. The breakfast which was included was excellent although it's not the sort of thing I would like to contemplate if the hotel were operating at capacity.
Fair prices, lovely staff and located optimally Obviously not high end but what else do you expect for 37,50 Euros a night per person. The bathroom was a bit odd since the shower was completely open to the room but no reason to complain. Breakfast included which was all right. The staff was kind and friendly and we could use their printer The beds were comfy enough and the house, even though it’s a bit older, was sort of charming in a way
I recently stayed at Opera35 for two nights, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no parking slots available for the first night (the hotel has, in fact, only 5 parking slots in front of it, while the private garage is at around 8 min walking). However, the receptionist did manage to secure a slot for the second night. Unfortunately, when I returned the next evening, I found that the slot was already occupied by another car. The gentleman at the front desk provided excuses but no solution. Additionally, I was not informed that the hotel is located in a ZTL (limited traffic zone) area until I realized it myself. When I asked for information, I was told that I should have paid a fee for the zone, which I found unacceptable (other hotels manage to get an exemption for it for their guests). During the shift change, the new staff member at the front desk suggested that I should have registered and paid for the access by myself, after my insistence, he said he could access to the system with the hotel’s credentials and asked me to make the request (I literally stepped back to the front desk and made the request myself). I did expect a higher level of service from a boutique hotel in a prime location, priced at over 200 euros per night. While the location and breakfast are amazing, and the rooms are satisfactory, the front desk service is subpar. Overall, I would rate the hotel as 0.

ผผู้เข้าพักA modern type hotel which verges on a type of hostel appearance inside [not in a bad way - just lots of bare concrete walls - but don't let this put you off as the apartment rooms and spacious with large comfy beds, and a separate lounge with large TV and sofa [bed], together with a fully equipped kitchen. The check in was seamless and friendly and the person on the desk always had our room key in hand to present to us when we returned from our days out. Very efficient. The bathroom was clean, but we did have a bit of a problem with our shower which didn't seem to fully switch from the rain shower to the hand held attachment, with water basically spurting everywhere [but it did the job]. Breakfast was included, but don't be surprised that the milk for the cereal is kept behind the bar and not on the serving table. The food was varied and buffet style. The hotel is a little way from the centre, and don't be tempted just to walk, as the Metro is only a few minutes walk away and the bus services are efficient and easy to use via Google Maps. We bought a 3 days Metro/Bus pass which cost less than £10. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it for your stay should you be visiting Turin any time soon. - Thank you.
Went here for one night while travelling back from Spain. Since there was no game, it was quite peaceful there. The service in the hotel was quite good, both at the reception and in the bar area. Rooms are good, nothing special but acceptable. Breakfast was from the meni and it was good. Hotel design I liked a lot.
We had stayed there with a friend. Location is excellent, room is old (but it’s normal for italy standards); HOWEVER the education and respect level of the staff is why i give the bare minimum. I wouldn’t even give 1*. In my first night i had to quickly go to the door to pickup my order, on my way to the door the guy at the reception yells “wait, leave the keys”, as i tell him to wait 10 seconds he keeps yelling at me at the lobby repeating ‘ASPETTA ASPETTA LE CHIAVE DEVI LASCIARLI’.. Like c*glione who the hell do you think you are to yell at me? I was so busy that i couldn’t deal with the IGNORANT guy at the desk, however it is definitely worth noting the lack of education the staff has. The day before we were leaving the hotel, we got permission to leave the room 1h after the deadline time, though in the morning they called and the ONLY and FIRST thing they say was “Dovete uscire” (you have to leave). No respect, no education, staff who do not know how to speak to people. I was there with my friend at the time but if I was with someone important, the events could have been MUCH more different.. This thing is so not acceptible for hotels that they made me write my first and only review.. Hoping they get treated as they do.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe stayed here as a couple for two nights stay. We were shocked by how nice our room was at first glance, seemed very modern and had a cool balcony. However we soon noticed that there were loads and loads of ants on the floor, wardrobe, bathroom. We obviously told the staff who, when we went out, said they sprayed everywhere/surface in the room with I presume bug spray. This was fine I suppose apart from the fact that all of this spray will have gone all over all our belongings and our bed, which isn’t great. Some ants remained but they said there was nothing more they could do. The main thing you want in a hotel is for it to be clean (bug-less) so this was a real downer as we darent put anything on the floor or in the wardrobe incase ants got in it! We then got a visit saying we were being too loud when ironically I was writing a review on the last place we stayed whilst my partner showered, so we certainly weren’t being loud, not even speaking. Aircon was very loud, couldn’t keep it on all night as it sounded like a car, but at least it worked. Breakfast was fine, hot food looked horrible but they had yoghurts and juice which sufficed. Very good location!
Pleasant and conveniently located hotel to rest at night after being in the city. Friendly staff. Rooms clean and well kept. Food was good. Variety is good for a few days. Plenty of drinks and wine to go with dinner each night. Shops nearby and a lovely park to walk in. We stayed there with a large group for 3 nights. Easy to get downtown from as well as both football stadiums. Anything we asked for was quickly delivered at the desk to us. For example, We asked for another pillow and blanket and were handed them immediately. Good level of English spoken so we talked to many people in the hotel. It was very friendly and helpful.
I stayed at this hotel for a week in June, and the customer service really stands out from the rest. The staff is available and equally positive regardless of the time of day. I was a little unlucky with the AC in my room and had to change rooms initially, but the AC still didn't work there. A girl from the front desk came over several times and stayed until she made sure the problem was solved. On our early morning flight home, the receptionist on occasion helped us with a taxi during the night. He made sure we got coffee and breakfast to take away, even though we only had a few minutes before the taxi arrived. They helped us a lot with great advices for restaurants nearby as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
Amazing traditional Italian hotel, short walk from two metro stations Benini or Racconigi on Line one of the metro. All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially when we going to be delayed thanks to a long wait on our departure from London to recommending a nearby restaurant. The room was large, with a comfy bed, curtains and also exterior shutters ideal if you like your room dark. The bathroom was well equipped and just right. Breakfast was nice too with freshly made coffee to order and a selection of bread, meats and cheese along with pastries, cakes and cereals. It also had bacon and scrambled eggs if that’s more your thing. We would definitely stay again.
