Hyde Park Court Hotel

สถานีรถไฟแพดดิงตันอยู่ห่างออกไป 200 เมตร มีบริการอาหารเช้า ห่างจาก Hyde Park สองหรือสามร้อยเมตร ฉันนอนบนสนามหญ้าและไม่อยากไปซื้อของ

สามารถ! ทำเลเยี่ยม! เสียอย่างเดียวว่าห้องและอาคารค่อนข้างเก่าแต่ก็พอรับได้และใช้งานได้มีโรงแรมใกล้ๆสถานที่และเดินประมาณห้านาทีถึงสถานี

There is no lift. So be prepared to carry your luggage all the way up. The staircase is steep and more to shop house converting into hotel….. unless you are budget constraints….. I do not think, this hotel will be recommend

I am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements. Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit. However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms. Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression. In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay. P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating. (No elevator/lift) (I paid too much for 3nights so I was expecting a good place to relax after 27hours of travelling with a toddler).
