The hotel is excellent, the bed is a dream, the restaurant is delicious, but it’s the concierge who makes all the difference in the visit! Thanks for the impossible to get restaurant reservations, the gorgeous flowers sent to a friend, and the recommendation to get the shrimp at the nearby Tamarind Kitchen. The visit went from good to great because of the concierge’s help. Thank you, Greg.

The Soho Hotel is my new favorite London hotel. My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) recently spent a week here and we all loved it. It's stylish, luxurious, comfortable, casual but cool, and the service is top notch. The concierges helped me and our family with recommendations, tips on transportation and tourist destinations, and even facilitated a pizza delivery for my kids so the adults in our group could go out. The breakfast was amazing and we had a daily credit that was more than enough per person. The location is smack in the middle of Soho, but also down a quiet alley so you get the best of both worlds. 5 stars all the way, you can't go wrong here.

Stunning five star hotel.Excellent central location in central London.Very generously proportioned rooms including very stylish room finishes and fabrics.The bed was super comfortable.The Bathroom was very high quality.Make certain you sample the GB Pounds 45 Breakfast which was super tasty.Attentive staff.

The Refuel Bar and restaurant in The Soho Hotel is a charming and elegant oasis in the heart of Soho. The main course of cod was superb! The bread was fresh and so good that we took it home with us! The staff were very friendly and made us feel very special.

Simply amazing. I'm in town frequently and alleays pop into The Soho for a meeting, a drink or cocktails pre theatre. Yesterday evening we had a family dinner. The staff at The Soho are incredible and the setvice second to none. The food was simple and elegant, with just the right amount of choice. Alex and the restaurant team went way beyond.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels in London, and this has gone straight to number One in our list, from the moment we arrived we felt special, the staff are fantastic so friendly and welcoming, our room was stunning and had everything we needed, beautiful bed with luxurious sheets, room service was very quick and delivered with a smile, this is going to be our new go to in london from now on.

Soho Hotel completely nails it for me. Kit Kemp has created a colourful fearlessly bold home. It just doesn’t feel like a hotel. Bedrooms and all the facilities are great. Service wonderful is by far one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Beautiful bed linens, and a lemon tart in the room service menu that was probably the best I’ve ever tasted

AMAZING hotel in a really good location for restaurants and shopping. The staff are all incredibly professional and the perks included were above & beyond. For example, they were doing screenings of movies still in theaters in their on site movie theater. The food and drinks were good at the bar as well, our service from Stefan was top notch!!
