Hotel Crescent Resorts and Club

Restaurent team doing misbehave with us and taking the order also. When we entered the hotel they not provide the chair and table to take the dinner at outside in TV ground. Service wa so bad,,,,, I never expect this with this Hotel.. i Have found the ast option at night to take the dinner at another big Creasent at Sehore.

- clean room, excellent service. - receptionist coordinates very well. - food quality is amazing.

1) highly satisfied with their service and quality of the property. 2) polite and co-operative staff

Food is really awesome and they have a water park as well . So plan a week end trip check in the morning and go to water park Post that enjoy very good food in the resort Also they have amusement park , so next day skip the water park and go to amusement park . Its a 2 hour drive from Ujjain and it's a beautiful place to chill with family

Bubble bath, champagne, cake and many more were showing complementary while booking on mmt. When we reached they refused everything over there. Toiletries were not complete. The ambiance was nice hut the services were not that good.

Room was not good, above our room there is a sound of water geyser happened all night, they did not resolved that.

It was average and room service and house keeping was not good and also maintenance of bathroom was poor

The manager should be calm behaviour, I was the regular customer here , when ever I passes by I use to visit present but not anymore. He disrespected my family. 8817171854 call if you needed. Even if we're carry a full maintain clean dog with us who is army service dog, it doesn't means that we are some stray or some poor family member who belong from stray family, the watchmen told that we can dine here but outside, they can arrange table for my family outside, than we entered and another manager told that we can sit inside but dog should be on lease hold, when my family enter that manger who was sitting inside yesterday night, was damn rude. I know carrying pets are not allowed in restaurant but giving wrong info. From your side and making fun of me and family is also not valid. Really disappointed cresent. Your management is still poor. 👎

Property is good but the staff is not courteous. You can't expect a basic service from them. They don't care about customer experience at all.
