Premier Inn Newport/Telford

This is one of best Premier Inn's, by far. The staff are so friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, 5 Stars. We are looking forward to returning soon.

This premier inn is getting four instead of five stars purely because the bedding and towels need updating. We feel comfortable booking and staying at any Premier Inn as you know what to expect and it is always delivered. Parking was excellent with a well maintained car park on site. Kelly checked us in and was on duty a lot throughout our stay and could not have been cheerier or more helpful - she is a great asset. Breakfast at the Beefeater next door was of the usual standard and was clean and all options were plentiful. Our granddaughter has coeliacs disease and our daughter was very impressed with the staffs knowledge and practises We would definitely stay again but please update the quilt covers, sheets and toeless

We use this hotel when we visit my grandparents and its now become our go to. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming and the rooms are spotless and a good size. Location is good for visiting Telford but not paying an arm and a leg to be to close! Our little ******* are the Internet isn't the best - streaming videos for the kids on a night is hit and miss and also you can hear people walking above you on a night. It was particularly busy this weekend with a dance/cheer competition, and the girls above us were quite noisy quite late running around and in and out of their rooms! This is not the staff fault at all but it's more a warning of creaky floors and thin walls! The breakfast is always spot on amd lovely. The staff are so friendly and they keep on top of the food so you are never waiting for fresh bits. Lovely quiet easy and friendly breakfast!

Booked the Premier Inn for myself and a colleague for a conference we were attending in Telford. We volunteer for a non-profit organisation, so cost/value for money were key, and Premier Inn was perfect for our needs. Really friendly and helpful staff, nice room, lovely comfy beds...and a yummy couple of breakfasts, would happily recommend.

Kirsty was brilliant from start to finish as I was booking for a work colleague. Also helped sort another night at a different site when they were full up following a problem that we had. She went the extra mile to ensure everything was sorted out. Thank you.

Stopped here for 2 nights with my family on a tour of Shropshire, loveliest staff that just made us feel so welcome and lovely clean bedrooms . Also in a lovely area very much worth visiting.Absolutely no complaints and would recommend to friends

Being a wheelchair user From arrival kirsty on reception to all the staff including the restaurant staff I was made to feel very welcome nothing was to much trouble everything was fully accessible by far the best Premier Inn I have stayed in THANKYOU ALL!!

Had a fantastic stay will Definately return. Staff were amazing. Very homely x planning our next return already. Comfy beds, spacious rooms. No complaints, very impressed with the hotel and what they had to offer. Definately stay here if you have the chance

This was my second time of staying at this Hotel. The staff there were all incredibly welcoming, the beds were comfy and the food next door was great! Its a great location to visit the Museums in Ironbridge where we spent two blissful days and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting the lovely County of Shropshire.
