We had a horrible experience at this property. Arrived very late in the evening straight from the airport. Checked in, showered (the towels were very run down and the toilet leaked upon flushing) and found bugs in the bed and on the wall.
Called the front desk to ask for a new room, were told that the hotel was sold out, and that house keeping was on its way. After waiting and waiting for house keeping, went downstairs and were offered a new room (so, we were previously lied to). That room also had bugs in the bed.
We had no choice but to leave the hotel and search for new accommodations at 1.30 am. Of course, since we had to pay a walk in rate at the new hotel, the cost to us was significantly higher, but worth not sleeping in a bug-invested bed.
Very disappointed as we had stayed at this hotel previously pre-COVID and had a positive experience. We asked for a refund and were denied. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
