"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They were available via WhatsApp 24/7 which made everything so convenient. Pau and Elize at the front desk assisted us with organising tricycles, renting scooters, booking massages, and answering any questions we had at any time of day. The room itself was always clean and tidy with a great view and bottled water provided. The location couldn’t have been better, it’s about a 3-5 minute walk to the town centre which was very convenient for making the most of our short time in El Nido. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional service — we will definitely be back!"

"This hostel is not just good, it’s the BEST! From the staff to the facilities to the food, everything exceeded my expectations. I honestly never expected a hostel to deliver service comparable to a 4- or 5-star hotel, but they absolutely did. The place is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, making it a very comfortable stay. They also have everything you might need. Motorbike rentals are available on-site, and their laundry service is convenient and efficient. Their free breakfast every morning is great and will save you a lot of money. What truly stood out to me was the staff. I know they work in the hospitality industry, but they go above and beyond. They are genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I would definitely come back here and will gladly recommend this place to my friends and family. 11/10 experience!"

"”On the first day, the staff had a little chat with us at check-in. The next morning when we walked through, they called us by name and said hello first. My wife was delighted. She said she hadn’t expected that kind of warmth from a hotel in the Philippines. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The sheets had a fresh smell each time, and walking back in after a long day outside always felt like the room had just been made. That kind of consistency isn’t something every place manages. One evening we went up to the rooftop terrace. We didn’t say much. Just sat there, the two of us, looking out. At this point in life, that kind of quiet moment doesn’t come around every trip. "The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of El Nido. There are cafes, a spa, and yoga on site. But I stayed on the first floor, and my room had no internet connection at all. On the second floor, it was fine. When I approached them to ask them to fix the problem, they simply said, ”Sorry, we're having problems with our provider.” For some reason, internet problems only occur on the first floor, lol. The room was also infested with mosquitoes and flies, keeping me up at night. There was a vinegar solution in the room to combat them, but it didn't do a damn thing. Otherwise, the hotel was okay, but I wouldn't go back."

"It’s a great place, although the tour selling staff wakes you up by their inability to speak softly at the beach front bungalows, wifi is a 2/10 but tge bed is comfortable and the shower is hot. The staff are generally very friendly and polite but the beach bbq isn’t great, most meats and the fish is mostly burnt"

"EL nido suites Location and the hotel facilities are the best. The staff was helpful and room was good. I was able to book massage, tour and motor bike from the reception staff. Breakfast did let me down but still not bad. Bus terminal is next to it and the el nido public market. Vanila beach, lio beach and nacpan beach is not far. Especially old town is around 10 minutes of walking distance from the hotel for the night life and for good restaurants. Overall i would definitely recommend this hotel."

"”Ten teenagers, a few family rooms, and the whole afternoon on the beach kicking a football, playing volleyball, swimming. The beach is long enough that it never felt crowded, the water is clear, there are lifeguards watching, and if anyone swam too far out they got called back. There were also kayaks and SUPs to borrow. They took turns until the sun went down and hunger finally brought them in. The restaurant menu covers a good range, Filipino to American. Signal is poor out here, which turned out to be a good thing. They were actually away from their phones. Though at night they still piled into one room to watch TV together. My flight was early the next morning. The front desk packed takeaway breakfast for the whole group without being asked. With ten hungry teenagers, that kind of thinking ahead saves a lot of trouble.”"
