"Lo que busco en un alojamiento es simple: que la vista descanse y la cabeza se calme. Aquí lo consiguen. El diseño no intenta llamar la atención, muebles oscuros, luz cálida, ropa de cama blanca. Sin pretensiones. El único inconveniente es que no hay ascensor. El personal me ayudó con el equipaje sin que tuviera que pedírselo, lo cual fue un detalle, pero las escaleras siguen siendo las escaleras. Me alquilaron una scooter desde la recepción, lo que me dio mucha más libertad que depender de tuk-tuks para explorar los alrededores. El centro de masajes de al lado lo visité dos veces. La primera por curiosidad, la segunda porque quería volver. Esa diferencia dice bastante."

"This hostel is not just good, it’s the BEST! From the staff to the facilities to the food, everything exceeded my expectations. I honestly never expected a hostel to deliver service comparable to a 4- or 5-star hotel, but they absolutely did. The place is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, making it a very comfortable stay. They also have everything you might need. Motorbike rentals are available on-site, and their laundry service is convenient and efficient. Their free breakfast every morning is great and will save you a lot of money. What truly stood out to me was the staff. I know they work in the hospitality industry, but they go above and beyond. They are genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I would definitely come back here and will gladly recommend this place to my friends and family. 11/10 experience!"

"Beautiful resort at amazing beach, stayed for 3 nights. The best: - Very friendly & helpful staff - Great breakfast - Very comfortable room with nice TV - Good maintenance - Free kayak - Environmental friendly - The have some activities like Yoga - They give a nice souvenir at checkout - Shuttle to el nido for 400 pesos The less good: - When asking the free kayak, they only took it off the stack of kayaks and didn’t help us drag it to/from the sea"

"I stayed at Z Garden Hotel between 28th Nov and 1st Dec. My stay was absolutely amazing. I arrived on an early morning flight, and despite check in being from 3pm, Remy re assured me that they will do their best to accommodate me within a short time. I left my luggage with reception and went to have some breakfast. By the time I returned my room was prepared and I was blown away at the hospitality of the staff as Remy realised upon check in that it was my birthday a few days before and the staff prepared my room with balloons and decor which left me speechless. The staff at the hotel really epitomise the hospitality and kindness of the people of Philippines. Every day my room would be left spotless and as a solo traveller it had everything I could have needed. Modern, stylish room and the bed was so comfortable. I generally struggle to sleep in Hotels but the bed was really comfortable and a warm space to relax. I was greeted by every staff member that passed by from the reception team, to housekeeping to the security guard at night. Any advice I needed or transport arranged, Remy took absolute care of everything as though I was her own guest and it really leaves a beautiful memory of my travels. It is in a brilliant location, in a quiet relaxing space just a short distance away from the lively scene of El Nido. I hope to return to El Nido in future with my family and without hesitation I will choose to stay at Z Garden Hotel again. Thank you Remy and the entire team for making it a memorable experience and I hope to see you all very soon!"

"โรงแรมแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ในตรอก รถตุ๊ก - ตุ๊กในท้องถิ่นทุกคนรู้จักโรงแรมนี้ ค่ารถตุ๊กตุ๊กไปในเมืองหรือท่าเรือมีค่าใช้จ่าย 100 P แต่คุณสามารถเช่ามอเตอร์ไซค์ที่ประตูหน้าโรงแรมได้ในราคา 500 P 24 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน เราถามร้านมอเตอร์ไซค์ในเมืองประมาณ 700P บางคนเช่าริมถนนในเมืองราคาประมาณ 500P มีรถรับจ้างซักอบรีดขึ้นเนินจากโรงแรมซึ่งไม่แพงเลยสามารถไปรับได้ในวันรุ่งขึ้นใช้เวลานั่งมอเตอร์ไซค์ไปในเมืองเพียง 10 นาทีก็เป็นสถานที่ที่ดี ความเร่งรีบและคึกคัก ตั้งแต่ 15.00 น. ถึง 17.00 น. มีไอศกรีมมะม่วงและป๊อปคอร์นฟรีริมสระว่ายน้ำบนชั้น 7 หากคุณอยู่ในเมืองตอนกลางคืนหลังจากเดินเล่นไปทั่วบริเวณแล้วคุณจะผ่านไก่ย่างแสนอร่อย (150P ครึ่งตัว/300P ทั้งหมด) และหมูสามชั้นย่าง (200P ไม่แน่ใจ) ทางด้านขวามือของถนนจะผ่านร้านขายของที่ระลึกมากมายและร้านค้าเล็ก ๆ ในท้องถิ่น (ร้านตัดผม) ,ตลาด,โรงเรียน,แผงขายอาหาร) มีแผงขายบาร์บีคิวท้องถิ่นทางด้านขวามือจากโรงแรมไปในเมือง ราคาถูกสุดๆ!!! ย่างด้วยถ่าน ผมซื้อหนังไก่เสียบไม้ 1 ชิ้น + 2 ชิ้น หมูสามชั้นย่างเสียบไม้ ในราคาเพียง 30P เท่านั้น ที่เห็นควันก้อนใหญ่อยู่ ในโรงแรมมีสระบอลสำหรับเด็กซึ่งดีมากและสะอาดมาก อาหารเช้าที่ชั้น 1 เป็นแบบป๊อปอัพเท่านั้น สระว่ายน้ำที่ชั้นบนสุดนั้นดีมากและเยี่ยมมาก แต่อาหารก็ธรรมดามากโดยเฉพาะ หมูสามชั้นย่างแข็งมากไม่อร่อยเลย ก๋วยจั๊บไก่ไม่อร่อยแถมยังมีแมลงเล็กๆ... หลังจากอ่านคอมเมนท์แล้วเห็นว่าหลายๆ คนบอกว่าห้องนั้นขึ้นรา หลังจากที่ฉันพักจริง ๆ แล้วรู้สึกว่ามันชื้นมาก แถมห้องที่ฉันเลือกไม่มีหน้าต่างด้านนอกและไม่มีวิวทะเลด้วย . อย่างไรก็ตามเมื่อฉันกลับถึงห้องผ้าห่มก็เปียกทุกวัน ไม่เห็นชิ้นส่วนที่เป็นเชื้อราในห้องที่ไม่มีหน้าต่างภายนอก หากคุณต้องการพักในโรงแรมแห่งนี้ก็แค่เพลิดเพลินไปกับสระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรม มันไม่ลึก อุณหภูมิกำลังพอดีและประสบการณ์โดยรวมก็ดีมาก แต่หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ที่ห้องพักจะชื้นมาก ฉนวนกันเสียงไม่ค่อยดี และอาหารก็ธรรมดา ‧"

"Great views and location right at the beach. However, extremely hard to reach. Taxi’s cannot reach it so there is a walk along the beach or a very steep hill. We fell on the hill with our scooter because it is very hard to drive it."
