"We had a free upgrade to a magnificent 2 floor villa, fully equipped with luxurious room amenities . The most luxurious category at Nacpan hotel. Beautifully located frontbeach to NacPan Beach . Beautiful direct sunset every evening . Only inconvenients: terrible tiny pool with water full of dead leaves. Overcharged food ( 30$/ pizza). Very far from anything and no currency exchange counter nearby , unless you come back to El Nido in a private van ( 50$ one way) . Other inconvenient: our villa is adjacent to another villa occupied by very noisy american tourists who at 4 AM every night , all wake up , loudly speak and scream and laugh !! . As the wall is not adequately isolated, the noise from these people is very annoying and prevent us from sleeping !!"

"This hostel is not just good, it’s the BEST! From the staff to the facilities to the food, everything exceeded my expectations. I honestly never expected a hostel to deliver service comparable to a 4- or 5-star hotel, but they absolutely did. The place is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, making it a very comfortable stay. They also have everything you might need. Motorbike rentals are available on-site, and their laundry service is convenient and efficient. Their free breakfast every morning is great and will save you a lot of money. What truly stood out to me was the staff. I know they work in the hospitality industry, but they go above and beyond. They are genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I would definitely come back here and will gladly recommend this place to my friends and family. 11/10 experience!"

"Everything about this hotel was amazing, but most of all, the staff (hotel and restaurant) was excellent and the highlight of our stay. They were respectful, called us by name every time they would see us, and went out of their way to cater to our every whim. The view from the bar is amazing and their authentic Philippino cuisine top notch. I am not vegan or vegetarian but the vegan restaurant was excellent, I didn't want to eat anywhere apart from the restaurant hotels and portions were huge and very reasonably priced. We had a Seaview room and it was stunning. The room also has a mini fridge, a Dyson hairdryer, a TV with Netflix and Prime (log in with your own account), a safe and a swinging chair in front of the window. The balcony is small but has a bench and a drying rack. The hotel provides beach towels. They also provided free airport shuttles and arranged all our excursions. They don't have laundry services but there are laundry services within a few steps from the hotel. There are also a great bakery, ATMs, a night street market and plenty of other bars and restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel. There isn't a phone in the room but the hotel uses WhatsApp to communicate and it worked super well. I would stay there again and can highly recommend!"

"Nice place. I noted a numerous critical reviews. However, I found all staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Reception . Breakfast was good. Very large room with a view of Corong beach, boats. . About 20 to 25 minute walk to ELNino beach, distance is not a problem, it's the humidity!.. good quality 3 star hotel"

"The location is perfect, right in the centre of El Nido city. Just a few hundred meters to the beach. It’s a very simple hotel but everyone working there is lovely and helps you with anything if you just ask them. There’s a shared kitchen on the top floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned during our stay of 4 nights but got fresh towels when we asked for it. Beautiful view outside of the windows!"

"โรงแรมแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ในตรอก รถตุ๊ก - ตุ๊กในท้องถิ่นทุกคนรู้จักโรงแรมนี้ ค่ารถตุ๊กตุ๊กไปในเมืองหรือท่าเรือมีค่าใช้จ่าย 100 P แต่คุณสามารถเช่ามอเตอร์ไซค์ที่ประตูหน้าโรงแรมได้ในราคา 500 P 24 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน เราถามร้านมอเตอร์ไซค์ในเมืองประมาณ 700P บางคนเช่าริมถนนในเมืองราคาประมาณ 500P มีรถรับจ้างซักอบรีดขึ้นเนินจากโรงแรมซึ่งไม่แพงเลยสามารถไปรับได้ในวันรุ่งขึ้นใช้เวลานั่งมอเตอร์ไซค์ไปในเมืองเพียง 10 นาทีก็เป็นสถานที่ที่ดี ความเร่งรีบและคึกคัก ตั้งแต่ 15.00 น. ถึง 17.00 น. มีไอศกรีมมะม่วงและป๊อปคอร์นฟรีริมสระว่ายน้ำบนชั้น 7 หากคุณอยู่ในเมืองตอนกลางคืนหลังจากเดินเล่นไปทั่วบริเวณแล้วคุณจะผ่านไก่ย่างแสนอร่อย (150P ครึ่งตัว/300P ทั้งหมด) และหมูสามชั้นย่าง (200P ไม่แน่ใจ) ทางด้านขวามือของถนนจะผ่านร้านขายของที่ระลึกมากมายและร้านค้าเล็ก ๆ ในท้องถิ่น (ร้านตัดผม) ,ตลาด,โรงเรียน,แผงขายอาหาร) มีแผงขายบาร์บีคิวท้องถิ่นทางด้านขวามือจากโรงแรมไปในเมือง ราคาถูกสุดๆ!!! ย่างด้วยถ่าน ผมซื้อหนังไก่เสียบไม้ 1 ชิ้น + 2 ชิ้น หมูสามชั้นย่างเสียบไม้ ในราคาเพียง 30P เท่านั้น ที่เห็นควันก้อนใหญ่อยู่ ในโรงแรมมีสระบอลสำหรับเด็กซึ่งดีมากและสะอาดมาก อาหารเช้าที่ชั้น 1 เป็นแบบป๊อปอัพเท่านั้น สระว่ายน้ำที่ชั้นบนสุดนั้นดีมากและเยี่ยมมาก แต่อาหารก็ธรรมดามากโดยเฉพาะ หมูสามชั้นย่างแข็งมากไม่อร่อยเลย ก๋วยจั๊บไก่ไม่อร่อยแถมยังมีแมลงเล็กๆ... หลังจากอ่านคอมเมนท์แล้วเห็นว่าหลายๆ คนบอกว่าห้องนั้นขึ้นรา หลังจากที่ฉันพักจริง ๆ แล้วรู้สึกว่ามันชื้นมาก แถมห้องที่ฉันเลือกไม่มีหน้าต่างด้านนอกและไม่มีวิวทะเลด้วย . อย่างไรก็ตามเมื่อฉันกลับถึงห้องผ้าห่มก็เปียกทุกวัน ไม่เห็นชิ้นส่วนที่เป็นเชื้อราในห้องที่ไม่มีหน้าต่างภายนอก หากคุณต้องการพักในโรงแรมแห่งนี้ก็แค่เพลิดเพลินไปกับสระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรม มันไม่ลึก อุณหภูมิกำลังพอดีและประสบการณ์โดยรวมก็ดีมาก แต่หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ที่ห้องพักจะชื้นมาก ฉนวนกันเสียงไม่ค่อยดี และอาหารก็ธรรมดา ‧"

"”The sea and the limestone islands shift throughout the day, and the best place to watch that happen is the rooftop restaurant. In the early morning the cliffs are blue-grey. By evening they turn orange and pink. Breakfast was excellent and generous. I nearly couldn’t finish it. After island hopping I accidentally fell asleep, which probably says something about how comfortable the bed is. When I woke up I just went straight upstairs to eat, which was very convenient. The food made me think my next stop should be Taiwan.”"

"The best hotel experience! My partner and I were greeted with friendly faces as soon as we walked in, with cold facecloths to cool us down. The receptionists remember your name, and make booking tours, transport and other arrangements so easy! We booked tours, motorbike rental and even spa appointments through the front desk. My partner and I accidentally overbooked our stay, but the hotel allowed us to use the overbooked nights as credit for any bookings through them. The hotel is so clean, air-conditioned and well maintained, including room service. All the staff are so lovely and helpful with any questions and concerns. The location of the hotel is very close to the port and town, with short walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation to streamline your experience in el nido! Staying at this hotel added to our memorable experience of el nido that me and my partner will forever cherish. Thankyou especially to Remy, Elize and Pau 💗"

"Our stay there was comfortable and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. Everything worked fine and had no issues at all. We had hot water in the shower and the ac worked at all times. Great place to stay if you're looking to budget or save some money!"
