The location is perfect with lots of nice places to eat in a short safe walk and the customer service from the staff was excellent. The property is under major renovations so be prepared for some inconvenience but, the rooms are clean and currently the parking is free. I cannot wait to see to see it completely finished.

You really get what you pay for…the best part about the stay was being able to walk back from the bar. THE HOTEL IS NO LONGER REALLY A PART OF THE TRAIN STATION. Online photos and reviews were very deceiving since many people rated it well due to visiting the station, not the hotel itself.
Construction everywhere. It feels like a motel in every way. Not at all what was advertised. We even had creepy phone messages at night. Not kidding. Employees were kind at least. Will not return.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay! The improvements made in the past couple of years are amazing! We will be back again next year to see the next phase of the downtown chattanooga renovations! Hotel rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. Luxury bath renovation and high end amenities. The hotel is quiet. The pool area is beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel for families and business travelers.

I loved the hotels decor! So cute. The mattresses were a little too soft though. Also the bathroom sink water pressure was really bad. However the water pressure in the shower was great! All of the staff were great. Would stay again if visiting Chattanooga.

This is a great place to stay. I have been here several times dating back to when it was called the Chattanooga Hotel. Although it has changed some, it is still quaint while at the same time, modern. Rooms are homey. Train cars are still available to stay in. Many upscale restaurants in and around with music to enjoy. No need to drive anywhere unless sight-seeing. Priced right also. I hope it continues as a place for me to come back to for years to come.

They didn’t honor my reservation bc their pet policy was not clear on a third party website. I brought my cat who has stayed at over 10 hotels and nearly 20 + airbnbs without a single issue (hosts leave us great reviews, she has never ONCE caused an issue or been turned away.) They could have mentioned this so called “strict” policy the 3 times they messaged me leading up to my stay to make sure I knew about the room deposit, the PET WAIVER! and the parking fee. I drove 2 hrs to get here on memorial weekend and since it’s a holiday weekend everywhere else is sure to be booked. Really unfortunate that their management is so poor at communicating with 3rd party booking sites.

Absolutely love this place. Check in was a breeze. Staff are so nice and helpful. Lots of parking available. There is a nightly charge for parking. The grounds are stunning and so inviting. Pool area is good size. Our room was clean and beautiful. Bathroom clean. We will definitely stay again.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Staff is super friendly for the most part. However we were supposed to be put into a room overlooking the train cars and that was not the case. We came back to the hotel to wind down and watch some tv and couldn’t because chrome cast wouldn’t work then to find out we weren’t getting any picture even with cable on. But we will definitely be back just more prepared next time

We stayed in one of the renovated train cars. Very nicely appointed with a great bed and pillows. Water pressure was good too (surprising because it was, indeed, a train car). The patio cafe was a nice place to grab a drink. The lobby was attractive. Yes, as mentioned by others, parking is limited. But we did find a spot. Overall, a nice place to stay.
