โรงแรมใน Charenton-le-Pont Novotel

On the All Accor website, you search (and pay for) a hotel with a 4 * room, clean, with air conditioning and 4 * service. Wrong. You are in an old hotel, with leaking pipes even at the reception (see photo). Basically you are in a Motel, without working air conditioning in the rooms, without working fridge, with a very very hot room that is not clean, without the possibility of sleeping even with open door and open window. However, you can complain, of course. And at the reception: they don't do anything, they tell you they can't do anything about it, they give you a fan that you have to keep on the threshold of the door to let the air in from the corridor. Great solution, so no one sleeps! (see photo) You obviously leave the hotel earlier than the booking, and they (after two hours of discussion, at night, since during the day they didn't warn you that they wouldn't fix the air conditioning and fridge) they write you that they will refund your money, and they write you by when they will refund you. Then you go away sure they will refund you: they wrote it to you! And then they don't. Then you call them back and write to them. And they don't answer you. So probably at the end, if no one will reply to your email, to your complain form, to your calls, you will need to go to a lawyer to have your money back.
